I'm trying to break the lease because of a contract violation. I've been living with a 6-foot hole in my apartment for months, and they haven't done anything about it. They haven't offered any solutions or alternatives. I want to terminate the contract.

Unsafe living conditions. My apartment has been flooding since Friday, August 12th. They did send someone out on Saturday, but the issue was not fixed and water is still pouring from the wall. I've been to the management everyday since this started and there is a lack of concern for their property and mine, which is housed in the apartment that I rent from them.

I lived at LiveBH/Venue on Camelback from January 2022 to August 30, 2022. There were a few issues that weren't taken care of and no one took responsibility for them. The AC in my unit didn't work properly, and the water kept running for days. The place wasn't very clean, and some amenities were closed. The laundry facility was always out of order. Sometimes, contractors would show up without any notice. They would turn off the water and chiller without letting us know. They didn't respond to work orders either. There were several other instances where things didn't work out, so I decided to break my lease because the property was never fully functional.

I moved into my current apartment on March 24. On April 6 of this same year, I put in a work order to have the air conditioning unit fixed because it was not cooling the bedroom. Since April 6, I have submitted numerous work orders because the bedroom is still very warm. This past week, it was up to 88 degrees Fahrenheit in the bedroom. It took them from the initial work order of April 6 until June 4 to send in a contractor to exchange the *** unit in my apartment. At first, it was wired incorrectly, so I had to put in another request for which they came to fix the wiring on June 16. Today, my bedroom is still very warm, currently sitting here at 83 degrees.

I live at The Venue on Camelback. In March , my dishwasher stopped draining, and dirty water started collecting at the bottom. I used the apartment's app to request maintenance, but nothin' happened. On April 22, after I followed up, they said they'd replace the dishwasher by the next day. But nothin' happened. I made multiple phone calls, sent emails, visited the apartment offices in person, and left follow-up comments on the maintenance app, but it's all been useless. They kept assurin' me that they'd replace the dishwasher, but it's still unusable and filled with dirty, moldy water. It's been almost six months now, and I'm livin' with mold and health concerns 'cause the management broke their contract.

I lived at The Venue on Camelback until April this year. Since I moved out, I've been getting lots of emails and phone calls from BH Central Billing, who handles The Venue on Camelback. They keep talking about these "move-out charges." I've tried reaching out to them multiple times through phone and email to argue about some of the charges on the bill. When I signed the lease, I paid a $400 deposit to the property. But when I looked at the detailed bill they sent me, they didn't subtract the $400 from the total. So now the bill is $851.10. I want them to apply that deposit to the bill, and then I'll pay the remaining amount. They told me to call the property, but they never pick up. I really need some help with this so it doesn't end up in collections.

I applied at The Venue on Camelback apartments in *** on May 21st. I paid by debit card $ *** for the hold and fees. On May 27th, they denied my application and said I would get a refund of $ ***. They told me it takes 15 business days to get a check in the mail. Since I was moving, I didn't really care about it until I realized I still hadn't gotten the check. Towards the end of June, I called and talked to ***. She said the check has been mailed and I should get it soon. But by June 7th, I still hadn't received it, so I called again. I spoke to *** and she said she would check on it. She never called me back on the 7th, so on the 8th, I called The Venue on Camelback again and talked to Caesar. He said he would send another check and I should get it in 14 days. But as of June 21st, I still haven't received the check. I called today, the 21st, and talked to ***. She said she would have

BH Management/NXRTBH Colonnade LLC towed my car on 09/15. It was parked in spot 301 at The Venue on Camelback, where I live in apartment 74. They said they needed to do some work on the parking lot's asphalt sealcoat and claimed they had given me enough warnings. But let me tell you, they sent me a bunch of incomplete messages. In one email I got on Sunday, 09/12, they didn't even mention that my parking spot had to be empty on Tuesday (09/15). So, I didn't move my car before 7 am that day. And what do you know? They still went ahead and towed it that morning!

After I found my car, I tried calling and emailing BH Management multiple times. But they just ignored the messed-up message they sent me and charged me for the towing (which cost me about $75). It's their fault for sending confusing and wrong messages to us tenants. I even sent the manager, ***, the proof of the email I received. I left her a bunch of voice messages too. But she just ignored the mistake made by the management and charged me anyway. And she hasn't responded since then. Can you believe that?
