We made reservations, purchased protection plans. We reserved for a king size, when we got there there we were given a 2 queen bed room, we were so tired we said ok . The view out the window was...rooftop, spotlights, and vents that made such a metal rattling sound that we couldn't sleep. I thought I paid for the king. What's the deal? Very unhappy with service. The Statusphere told us if we wanted a king room it would be an extra charge.

on March 1st the Strat hotel comped me $75 for food. I was told it would show on my credit card but not be billed. I ate at PT'S wings and sports and the bill came to $78.03. As of March 13th it is still on my bill. I left a message regarding this matter and am awaiting a response, thank you
I was told that I would get my room deposit back within 2 days of leaving the hotel last Sunday the 18 th of June .
I’ve sent a number of emails and not been refunded 247 dollars
