The Sill I ordered from this company at the end of April

I ordered from this company at the end of April. It is now mid June and I have not received my order. I have reached out several times now via their website and email, but I was told to follow up. I haven't received a resolution and their response has been minimal. They post daily on social media, but they seem to struggle with getting back to customers who have actually purchased and not received their product.

I agree with ***. I ordered a plant from The Sill. After about two weeks without notification about when it would ship, I reached out. They took a long time to respond that they would "look into it." Another week passed. I emailed again and asked for an update or else I'd file a claim with my credit card for my money back. Took them another week to reply, and they claimed they were out of the color of the planter I had bought. Seriously? It took 4 weeks to tell me this? Absurd. Hopefully they will refund me.

Order # *** I ordered a silver satin pothos a week ago. I received my plant Saturday 1/29/2022. It was a Chinese money plant. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The plant I ordered cost 40. The plant they sent cost (on their website) $20. I can buy a Chinese money plant from my local grocery store for $10. In much better condition than what they sent me. I paid a total of $53.76 for the plant I ordered. I reached out several times. They DO NOT have a phone number. On their website it says they have a live chat. This is a lie it is just an email. It also says if a plant arrives damaged from the cold they will replace it. Which the Chinese money plant was, but good luck getting ahold of them.I WANT THE *** I ORDERED. NOT THIS *** THEY SENT ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I BELIEVE THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD. I would of gotten better service from a company that I ordered a cheap pair of shoes from China.

I bought a plant as a gift for someone who lost someone, and I paid extra to get it delivered fast, like in 1-2 days. The website is so confusing about when it will actually arrive, and they don't say anywhere during shopping or checkout that it might take a whole week or more before they even send it out. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but there's no phone number and the live chat thing is just a form to send an email. I waited a whole day for an email back, and they just said my order would ship soon without giving a date. I replied to that email asking for more details, but now I have to wait another whole day for them to respond. I get that it might be hard to ship things fast because of COVID and the holidays, but it feels like this company is purposely tricking people about how long it takes to get stuff. If I had known, I would have picked a different company for this gift that needed to get there quickly.

This company has no problem takin customer money but can't seem to actually ship the product paid for. I got a gift certificate in May that I used on August 1st, along with extra funds, to buy plants that were supposed to be shipped to me. The timeline was 5-10 biz days. On day 9 i reached out via their contact page (there's no customer service phone number) askin for an update. I got a reply on day 11, apologizin for the delay in response. I was told this would be made a top priority and I should receive info bout shippin soon. Chrissy, the customer service rep who emailed me said that if I didn't receive info she would follow up with the info. I still have no info. and no additional response from Chrissy. All attempts to reach someone via there regularly updated social media accounts result in bein referred back to the "customer happiness" team via the contact us page on their website. If you accept money for a product that product needs to produced in a timely manner or a refund should be issued. Period.

This company is a sham, a fraud. Contact your state and federal agencies to put them out of business. They take your money and do not send plants or respond to email requests. Do not use this company, there are plenty of other merchants to help you with St. Valentine's Day gifts. In sum, The Sill company is a shill!

Order number ***. I ordered 3 plant sets (total of 7 plants) as a gift. They came all messed up. The plants were just thrown in the boxes without any care. Two of them were dead and 5 were completely pulled out of the soil. Dirt was everywhere. Only two out of the 7 plants were okay. The order cost me $146.82. The two good ones were worth $22. I want some money back for the rest of the plants that arrived all messed up, dead, and not properly packaged. I've tried contacting them many times but they haven't responded at all.

The Sill I joined Sill subscription a few months ago

I joined Sill subscription a few months ago. The first two deliveries were okay. But it's been going downhill since. They charged me for the third installment on August 10th. It's now 8/20, and I still don't have a tracking number or any idea when (or if) my delivery will arrive. I've contacted them 4 times, but no one responds. They keep saying someone will get back to me within 1 business day...but no one does. I want a refund for the transaction they charged to my card on August 10th, and I want them to explain why they think this is good for business.

The Sill I ordered stuff from The Sill Inc

I ordered stuff from The Sill Inc. on January 21, 2022. It cost me $124.80. They sent it to me on February 7, 2022. But guess what? The plants I bought were totally dead. And they even forgot some things from my order. I waited a few days, hoping the plants would magically come back to life, but no luck. So, on February 10, 2022, I chatted with them online and asked for a refund. They said they would give me one. On February 16th, they said they were gonna issue the refund. But guess what? It's February 24, 2022, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I tried reaching out to them again on February 21 and 23, but they haven't responded. They're not doing a good job fixing this problem, so I'm trying to solve it this way.

The Sill took my order and payment for plants in December , but it's been a long time and they still haven't fulfilled it (I got some of it in February 2022, almost eight weeks later). They said in their email that it would be fulfilled within 2-6 days. But until now, I haven't received a planter, and the plant I did receive was dead when it arrived. I sent them pictures and they said they would send a replacement, but I haven't gotten any tracking info or confirmation that it will arrive. They also say in their emails that they will reply within 24 business hours. I've sent them many emails, but most of the time, their customer service team doesn't reply at all or replies after 5+ business days. I want a replacement plant and the missing planter to be delivered, and I want an email confirming the tracking information. I also want them to update their website and not promise a 24-hour response time if they can't do it.

The Sill I ordered two times from this company, but they didn't fill my orders correctly

I ordered two times from this company, but they didn't fill my orders correctly. The first order (order number ***) was for $99.85, including a plant and a moisture reader. They never sent this order. The second order (order number ***) was for $153.36, which included a bundle of 5 plants, potting supplies, and a plant mister. The potting supplies and plant mister arrived undamaged, so I won't include their cost in my complaint, which leaves ***. Out of the 5 plants in the bundle, they only delivered 4, and 2 of those were badly damaged. None of the plants I received looked like the ones shown in the sample image on their website. The size and condition were completely different. I tried contacting the company through their customer service phone line, online chat, and email, but they haven't responded. Other customers have also mentioned this problem in their reviews, so it seems to be a common issue for this company.

On 4//2020, I ordered a calalilly for my mom for Mother’s Day from The Sill Inc. I got an email on the same day (4//2020) saying that my order would be shipped in 5 business days (by 4//2020). On 5/*/2020, I reached out to the company to check on the status. On 5/*/2020, Andie W. replied and said that there was a delay in shipping due to a "packaging snafu," but assured me that it would still arrive on time (Before 5//2020) and would be sent early in the week. On 5/*/2020, I got another message from the company saying that the item I ordered was initially sold out but was now back in stock - this contradicted what I was previously told. On 5/*/2020, I contacted the company again because I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Andie W. responded, saying that the package had already been sent out and would arrive by 5/*/2020. On 5/*/2020, I received a separate email saying that my order had just been shipped. Unfortunately, my order didn't arrive on time as it was promised multiple times. My mom didn't get her gift by Mother’s Day, and the company hasn't taken any steps to resolve the situation.

The Sill I bought 2 plants from The Sill on December 28 for $48

I bought 2 plants from The Sill on December 28 for $48. I waited 4 weeks (more than the *** business days on their website) and had to contact them multiple times for updates on my order. The plants arrived on January 25 with a lot of frost damage. I contacted customer service to replace the damaged plants and confirmed my address. However, the rep didn't check the address and sent them to the other side of the country. I didn't receive any notification about the replacements being shipped, so I couldn't catch the mistake. A month later, I asked for an update and was told about the error. When I asked for a replacement to be sent to my current address, they promised to send them promptly. It's been 3 more weeks, and I haven't received any notification or response from the company despite my repeated attempts to contact them. It's been almost 3 months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received the items as described. It's really hard to get a simple response from the company. The order number is ***.

The Sill I made a bad decision to buy plants in early December

I made a bad decision to buy plants in early December. With the weather at the time, I didn't think much about it and assumed any store sending live stuff would be careful. I got two dead plants right before Christmas, and I still have one shipment on the way. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to send back the planters at my own cost to get my money back. They also wouldn't let me cancel the pending shipment. So, now I'm stuck. Plus, we're totally snowed in right now. By the time my third frozen plant arrives, I'll have paid almost $100 for empty planters. If I return them, I might get some money back, but probably only half. So, my options are to accept my fate and The Sill's lousy shipping materials and refund policy, or lose even more money and end up with nothing. I asked for a return label and complained about how unfair it is, but they ignored me. I expected better from a business that claims to care about customers. All I want is a refund that won't put me in debt for something I couldn't control.

The Sill I have a complaint about The Sill, an online plant seller

I have a complaint about The Sill, an online plant seller. I placed an order on 03/21/22 for two plants (dracaena in medium planter, large majesty palm) for a total of $110.27. I received the plants 10 days later, and they were dying. The majesty palm had cut leaves and a white moldy dried out trunk. The dracaena stalks were broken and mushy. Both plants smelled moldy and were clearly in bad condition when they were shipped. I took several photos and then threw away the dead plants because I was worried about the mold infecting my other healthy indoor plants.

The Sill advertises a '30-day customer happiness' policy where they will replace plants that don't arrive 'happy and healthy'. So I immediately contacted The Sill via email within 24 hours of receiving the dying plants. I had to use email because even though The Sill says they have a live chat, there is actually no live chat and it's impossible to find any phone numbers on their website. I sent one email through their online "contact us" form and another email to their customer service using Gmail. I included photos of the damaged plants in both emails. I waited two weeks for a reply but heard nothing, so I sent another request (with photos) through their online contact form 4 days ago. I still haven't received any reply.

I am getting close to the 30-day deadline and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism. It seems like I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with their online shop. I don't want any replacement plants right now because I'm worried they will send more mold-infected plants that could harm my healthy indoor garden. I do want to be refunded for my purchase because it was not what was advertised. Thank you for your time and assistance, I really appreciate it.

I ordered a big plant and a potter from The Sill on 2/12/22 and I wanted it to come by 2/18, like they promised. They sent me an email saying the plant would arrive in 2-6 days, but also mentioned that there might be delays because of the weather. It's important to note that they told me about the delay after I bought the plant. I thought my gift would come within the 2-6 day timeframe they promised. On 2/16, they emailed me saying the plant was going to be shipped and gave me a tracking number. But the delivery date was outside of the promised window. So I emailed their customer support team, but it's been 8 days and I still haven't heard back from them. The plant was supposed to arrive on 2/18. The person I was giving the gift to changed their plans just so they could be there to receive it. But on 2/22, 4 days after the promised delivery date, the plant arrived all messed up. It was uprooted, broken, and almost dead. There was soil everywhere and it was beyond saving. Now I'm stuck with a broken dead plant and my friend had to change their plans for nothing. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it turned into a plant graveyard. I contacted the support team again, but still no response. If I can't get a refund and they don't send me a second plant for free as a gesture of goodwill because of the trouble my friend went through, then I want a full refund. I'll find a company that can actually deliver fragile living things on time and in good condition. Either way, I want my money back. I've attached the shipping info, receipt, and pictures of the dead broken plant.
