I love Framebridge! They always do a great job and Josh is the man! He's always there to lend a hand and make sure everything looks perfect. I've used them for a bunch of different projects and they always come through. The website is super easy to use and they have a ton of different options to choose from. I've tried other framing services before but none of them compare to Framebridge. They're the best!

Matboards were really good quality. They were packed up real nice and delivered super quick. I'm definitely gonna use their service again in the future.

I used to do a lot of business with Framebridge about 5 years ago, but then I semi-retired and didn't need anything from them until recently. I placed an order and got a confirmation, but after that, I didn't hear anything else from them. I tried calling them, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing, and if you wait too long, it disconnects you. I also sent them an email, but I didn't get a response. It's frustrating because they have great products, but the lack of communication is not worth it. I hope they improve their customer service soon.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the canvas floater I got from Framebridge. They let me know that there might be a holdup because of the whole pandemic situation, but I didn't even have to wait that long. I got my frame in less than a week, which was pretty sweet. And let me tell you, the quality was top-notch. I was really happy with how it turned out.

But what really stood out to me was the communication. They were on top of it, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. And when I messed up my order (oops), they were quick to help me fix it. I sent an email asking if I could change the color, and someone got back to me within an hour. They took care of everything and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

I made an order with Framebridge back in December of 2010. However, I ended up cancelling my order and was told that I would receive a credit on my American Express card. I decided to give them another chance and placed another order in January of 2011. Unfortunately, I experienced several months of delays and excuses from them. Eventually, I had enough and requested that they cancel my order and credit my card once again.

Despite leaving multiple messages, I never received a call back from anyone at Framebridge. I even spoke with a supervisor who promised to send me a refund check, but I have yet to receive it. It's been quite some time now and I'm still waiting for my money back.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are a complete scam and I want everyone to know about it. It's truly disappointing to see a company treat their customers in such a dishonest and unprofessional manner.

I recently got myself some frames from Framebridge dot com, and I must say, I am impressed! I had some tricky pieces to frame, including two leather shadow puppets from Cambodia, some paintings on unstretched canvas, and several works in large or uncommon dimensions. But the videos and customer service really helped me out. In a phone conversation with customer service, I learned about the appropriate amount of negative space to use for different artworks. And they even sent me special spacers to keep the leather puppets apart from the acrylic surface to prevent moisture damage. I don't have much experience with framing, but thanks to their resourceful help, I now have five valuable pieces framed and presented very nicely, in a way that the artworks deserve, on my walls. I highly recommend Framebridge to anyone who wants to frame their artwork with care and precision.
