The Shoe Mart I ordered sum shoes from The Shoe Mart

I ordered sum shoes from The Shoe Mart. Da package said it was deliverd, but I ain't get it. I had to send 1 email and make 3 phone calls just to get a response. Dey told me dat lying 'bout da postal delivery is a big crime. Den dey said dey gonna start an investigation wit my local postal service, which usually takes 3-5 biz days, and I'll get an update after dat. Dey didn't even offer me a new pair or my money back.
