US Wall Decor is a great company! They have really good customer service. I had lots of questions and they answered them fast and good. Their wallpaper is really good quality and looks good too. They helped me find something I saw online that I couldn't buy. After I bought it, they still helped me and answered my questions. They are a really good company and I would tell anyone who wants wallpaper to go to them!

I ordered some wallpaper from US Wall Decor on October 4th for $56 and paid extra for fast shipping. They took my order but haven't done anything with it yet and they're not responding to any of my customer service messages. I need that wallpaper ASAP or I want my money back.

I ordered from US Wall Decor on 01/20/2022 and they said it would ship in 7-9 business days. But it's been way longer than that and I had to ask them for updates three times before they gave me a new date. I paid $190 for wallpaper and it's not even here yet. I know they can't control the manufacturer, but they should have told me about the long delay before I ordered. And they should have given me updates without me having to ask. This is the worst customer service I've ever had.
