BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY! I cannot even give this company or these slides one star but had to in order to leave a review. I purchased 7 pair of cloud slides for a bride and her bridesmaids. The original cloud company has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. It took me 3 texts and 2 emails before I got any type of response. The sizing chart is not correct and when I requested to return or to at least exchange them they refused, stating because they were on sale they couldn't be returned or exchanged. WARNING...THEY ARE ALWAYS ON SALE! So, buyer beware, Why wouldn't a company want to work with customers to exchange for a smaller size? Horrible customer service and I will definitely let my friends and family know not to order from this company! Also, to review this product know that these cloud slides are not comfortable, have no cushion, and are at least 2 sizes too big! Order from Amazon instead!

I'm *** My review is not like the other one. I placed an order for 4 pairs. It took forever, the chat attached to site doesn't work, I tried. I emailed them and it took several days for response which was check trackingnumber. The tracking number showed my shoes were still in *** after 2 weeks. I emailed back again, was told shipping depart., would send updates and send out surprise gift. Needless to say nothing happened. I finally get slides and their all one size. I ordered from their website 2 different szs. I can only use 2 pair of them. This was a horrible experience for me. I'm still waiting on response around the sizes now. If they think I'm gonna chance sending them back their crazy. For them to say they have been lost so I have no slides and they have my money too. I will never order from them again! The entire experience I regret, to think for Christmas I was ordering 15 pairs no way! They have lost all my respect as a reliable and trusted company. I'm sure they could careless I say that because of my dealings with them.

Similar to others in these reviews, it appears the only way to get a response from this company is to write a bad review on the Complaintsboard.com site. Placed my order on 12.2.22 and immediately got a confirmation email indicating I would be notified when the product shipped. I didn't hear anything for 10 days, so I went in to to "track" my order. Regardless of the information I put in (email and order number or tracking number) the response was the same "could not find order". As a result, I text the company on 12.2.22 (their preferred method) at *** - no response. On 12.13.22, I emailed them (as they suggested on the bottom of their confirmation email) - no response. Last ditch effort, on 12.14.22 I called and left a voicemail (as they encouraged) at the same phone number above. Outgoing message said I would hear back from someone within 24 hours - you guessed it, no response. All I want to know is if I'm getting this item before Christmas (it's a gift). If not, then I will purchase it elsewhere and work through the Complaintsboard.com and my credit card company to get a full refund. My order number is ***. Don

I placed an order on July 30, 2022 and paid $84.96. On Aug. 3, I received an email stating the following: Due to an increase in demand, we ran out of stock and had to produce more Cloud Slides at our new international warehouse hence the delay,we apologize for that. We just wanted to confirm with you if you would want us to proceed with the shipment since it will be at your doorstep next week on Friday, August 12th, 2022, or if you would want a refund if you can't wait till then.I responded on Aug. 5 that I wanted a refund and ordered them from another company.Aug. 12 - no shoes, no refund. Aug. 19 - I sent another email on following up on the refund. I received a response that they were contacting the shipping department to locate my tracking. I again stated that I had requested a refund. Aug. 27 - no response, no shoes, and no refund. Getting quite frustrated, I sent another email stating that I had not received a response and a credit had not been made to my credit card.Shoes arrived on Aug. 30. Without opening the package, I sent an email stating that they had arrived. I asked how they wanted them returned and I still wanted a refund. Their response: I am really sorry to inform you we are running a summer sale the items purchased were listed as 50% off and therefore does not qualify for a return, Our return policy is listed on our website prior to purchase and is available to anyone visiting our website.For more information please see our return policy under Exceptions/ and Non-Returnable Items,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we can offer $10 off your next order with the code SUMMERISHERE What?!?! Then why on earth did they ever offer to provide a refund?!?! They created this mess and then didnt follow through.

On 6/30/2023, I placed an order for (2) pairs of slides. One for my wife and one for myself. Used my Credit Card and printed a copy of my order. It said I would be notified when order was being shipped. (Shipping Method Standard 3-5 business days.) On July 9th I tried to call the company’s

ph# [protected] San Juan Capistrano California and got an answering machine with a message their experiencing overwhelming calls to hang up and text or email the company, mailbox is full. Found another ph# [protected] Las Vegas same senerio. Email company and finally on 7/10/23 a Jennifer responded requesting a screen shot of my bank account order. I send copy’s if the Conformation and Order #. Also a screen shot where they took money from my Visa. Today is 7/12/23 and still no response. I Google Earthed their business address and it’s a multi family residence. Gave her my Ph# and told her I expect a phone call. I think their a SCAM.

I ordered a pair and received them on 6/12/2023. They literally are hard plastic and I’ve tried numerous times to call,email,text no response whatsoever! I want to return them and get my money back! This is absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called again today and now the recording hangs up on you!

I hope someone gets back to me and refunds my money!

On June 24th, I ordered four pairs of sandals. I received a confirmation email and given an order number. My order number is 37203. My credit card was charged. I have emailed and used their "contact us" messaging system. I have not received any response, any tracking number, nothing. I also tried to track the status of my order on their website with my order number on their website and it says the order does not exist.

I ordered these slides on 6/19/23. I received a confirmation email but have not heard anything since. I emailed them twice (6/30 & 7/2), no response. I went to their website and tried to use their tracking system. I put in my order # and my email address as requested. The message back stated incorrect email. It was correct and the only one I have. My credit card shows the charge of $40.98 cleared on 6/20/23. Their website also suggests using Shop app to track orders, so I did. The ordered was there initially indicating 3-5 days shipping time. Now the order has disappeared from their app.

I placed an order on 6/21 with a promise of 3-5 buisiness day shipping. That time period has since came and went without any contact from the company whatsoever. I've attempted to email them twice for any sort of update, to no avail. I'm starting to get spooked here, it seems the company just sort of ghosts you after the order is placed, with no updates for delays or any sort of acknowledgement that its ever gonna come. I would've been content with delays had they communicated it at all to me, but alas. On the off chance this gets seen, my order number is #36888 and I'd really like to know where my order is. I was excited to receive these and now I'm kind of nervous.

On 11/13/2022 I completed an online purchase for 2 pairs of slides. My account was charged on 11/15/2022. Today is 11/22/2022 and I have still not received a confirmation email. I have emailed the company twice and have received no response.

I purchased a pair of slides 12/10/22. My card was charged immediately. Never received an email confirmation with order numer or tracking info. I've called, text, and emailed from the ways to contact them on their site. I have not got through to anyone or a response back.

I placed an order for two pairs of slides on 12/7. I have received zero correspondence pertaining to my order. Money was immediately withdrawn from my account within 5 minutes of making this purchase. I have sent 2 emails and 1 text message asking for assistance and information in regards to my order. I would like an immediate refund.

I too, placed an order on 11/22. My card has been charged for a purchase and I have NOT received an email saying anything has shipped or processing! I've emailed and no response. Not sure what to do at this point. I guess by end of week I will dispute charges on my CC. My fault, I should have read these reviews before ordering. Somethings seem to good to be true!

Order #*** I ordered four pairs of size 7 slides on October 8. I received them on October 24. They sent me size size 8 which are huge. I want to exchange or return them. I have emailed them repeatedly, sent them a message through their site and called them and left a message. Ive heard nothing back.I just want the shoes I ordered, not the wrong size which is unwearable. If thats not possible Id like to return them.Thank you.

Purchased a pair of cloud slides on 9/4/22 for a total of $26.54. As of 10/20/22, I still have not received my item. I made several attempts to contact them, via email and via their chat line with no response. Finally got a response on 10/7/22, they still claimed it was coming and refused to provide a refund to me. The tracking shows that its in *** (my location) since 9/22/22. I have continued to try to contact them with no response.

I made a purchase and within the 30-day time frame I contacted the company and requested to begin the process for a full refund. I provided all the necessary information, to include my order number. I received one email requesting a screen of my payment; I responded requesting clarification and have not received a response.I sent 3-4 additional emails and submitted correspondence on their website requesting a refund within the allotted time and I continue to receive no response.

On 12/3/22, I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. The order number is #***. I received a confirmation number of # PT8UNQV3H. On the confirmation page, I was given tracking numbers UG774092595YP and UG769410300YP. The money was immediately taken from my account. I have had to correspondence since. When I went to check the status of my order, I receive a message that my order could not be found. I either want an update on exactly when my order will be delivered or I would like a refund.

On 12/7 I placed an order for shark slides. I have emailed several times, tried calling their number and it says mailbox full, I have requested a call back by SMS, but have not heard back. When I put in my order number in their website it says order not found, I have not received a confirmation email either. Money has been taken from my account already. This company seems like they are backlogged, but communication is imperative to good business. If not received by Christmas, I will be disputing charge with my bank.

I purchased a pair of cow cloud slides on their black Friday sale. I got an order confirmation on 11/27/22 for order number #***. My card was charged $34.99 on 11/29/22. I have not received any further information from them and I have tried sending an email and texting the number like they suggest with no response. I have also tried calling them, but their voicemail box is full. I would just like to know if (and when) I can expect my order, and if not, I would like my money back. They were a Christmas gift so time is running out.

On 12/6/22 I ordered Santa Shark *** Socks & was immediately charged $41.98. Their website indicates orders are processed within *** is 3-5 days. I received an email confirmation of my Order # ***. I have not been provided any updates or confirmation of shipment. When I try to use the "Track Your Order" feature on the website it says "Could Not Find Order". I emailed the company requesting the status of my order & received no response. I want my order delivered by 12/20/22 or my money refunded

I purchased two pairs of slides on the website on 11/17/22. The money was taken out of my account immediately and nothing else has happened. No slides, no tracking, no shipment, nothing. These were supposed to be received within 3-5 days from purchase according to the website and it has been two and a half weeks with NO communication. I have tried the online chat, I have called the number on my bank transaction at least 10 times with no answer, and no response to my emails either. This is a complete scam and I am asking the bank to get my money back.

Ordered slides as a Christmas gift. Granted I only ordered them a few days ago, i have sent numerous emails and numerous text messages as prompted in their webpage just to find out if they would arrive by Christmas. I have gotten ZERO response, nothing. Not one email, text, nothing but the money was taken out of my bank account. I understand I just ordered recently but a response to my messages would have been appreciated. From reading the other complaints of people that have ordered in November and still havent received theirs, Im guessing my grandson is going to be disappointed this Christmas.

October 8, 2022 I ordered a product and received an email confirmation. $26.83 was charged to my bank account prior to receiving shipment confirmation. I was provided a tracking number of "Other tracking number:UG637728875YP" which doesn't exist. The entire online purchase transaction is unlike any I've experienced and there are too many phishy things. When I called the phone number for the company I was told to leave a voicemail however the voicemail box is full. I emailed 2x to inquire about the shipping status with no response however when I emailed about a refund, I heard back within 1 business day stating my order wasn't eligible for a refund. Now I'm out money with no product... Very frustrated.

I ordered a pair of cloud slides on July 25th, after almost 2 weeks I still had received no shipping notification. When I click the link provided in the order confirmation e-mail to track the order, it says things are still "preparing to ship". When I try tracking via the provided tracking/order numbers, using their main website, it says order not found. I have e-mailed the business multiple times, tried their live chat function, contacted the phone number listed, and still I have received no response. I am concerned about fraud at this point given they have taken my money but have been unreachable by any form of contact attempted, and despite clear evidence of my order their website now does not acknowledge I ever placed an order to begin with.
