The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I cashed out from ReceiptPal for a $25 credit card. It ended up being a card that could only be used online. I rarely make purchases online.i was sent a code to activate the card And do not activate it , after seeing it could only be used for online purchases. My second complaint is in regards to ReceiptPal stating they need me to link my email , so they can see my online purchases . I refuse to do so, because personal emails or business are None of their business. How dare them require such personal information.

I've tried many times and keep getting the same answer. I would like ReceiptPal to honor my points and issue me the gift card.

On Thursday, August 19 I submitted my points though the Receipt Pal app
On Thursday, August 19 I submitted my points though the Receipt Pal app. I was entitled to receive a code for an electronic gift card for Amazon for $25. I did not receive it and have not received a response from them . I have only been referred back to their Help section of the app. I have been submitting copies of receipts to them for months in order to receive a gift card and now I haven't received it! What recourse do I have?
