Private Investigator
I engaged this firm a few weeks ago to find a person. The information I had was limited so I knew the effort would be challenging. I let InTime know the limitations and that I had engaged another organization in the past to perform the search without luck.
They assured me that there skill set and capabilities were much more diverse than other firms out there, though they could make no guarantees I accepted & paid.
During this solicitation period InTime was highly responsive. A week after I paid I asked them for an update, no response, followed up 2 days later, no response, again 2 days later and the only response I got was a terse note to pay the balance. I asked again for an update and context, the response was "pay."
I paid and received a report (which looked like a bunch of Google searches) and indicated they were unsuccessful. I asked if they could provide greater context. There response was a "no". This is a very unprofessional and ineffective company, BUYER BEWARE!
