Lightspeed Lifepoints are thieves!

I've been a member since inception and prior with mysurvey. I had 10s of thousands of points/rewards accumulated. Out of the blue,they terminate my membership.They stated that I was not being truthful filling out the surveys.Really?I had been a member for over 20yrs. The rewards are miniscule for what they pay. Why would anyone lie for little rewards? They stole my points/rewardsQ!

Desired outcome: For them to admit they were wrong and to reinstate my points/membership

Lightspeed I was a longtime member of Lifepointspanel.com, for some reason I haven't gotten any surveys from them since last July last year 2021

I was a longtime member of Lifepointspanel.com, for some reason I haven't gotten any surveys from them since last July last year 2021. I have come to the conclusion that lifepointspanel.com is a fraud! How can they just ignore someone who's a member on your site. I am done with lifepointspanel.com, I just deleted my account with them, and I would advise anyone else not to join them. They are power tripping fools, if you don't kiss their as3es they won't give you any surveys, and if you speak your mind because you feel you are not being treated right by them, they won't give you any surveys, if they get mad at you for any reason they just let your account sit dormant, they don't send you any surveys. I absolutely HATE lifepointspanel.com now!. I had been a member for many years. This place/website should seriously be put out of business. They are crooks. The survey have gotten way too long, for less and less points, if you complete surveys in full and earn the points, then lifepoints comes along and takes back any points you may have accumulated. I truly hope this website goes out of business, they shouldn't be allowed to do the things they do!. They absolutely should be put out of business!

I have been a member of this site since it was Globaltestmarket which has been about 10 years. My Mom had a stroke last year so I have been busy taking care of her. I had accumulated over *** life points over the years and given that we could really use the money right now I decided to redeem it. I went to sign in and it said my account was temporarily unavailable and to contact the help desk. I contacted them and received and email back that said."The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform"What does that even mean? I've been a member for years and suddenly it's terminated and I lose all the points I've worked hard for. Word to the wise stay far far away from this site. After reading these reviews it's obvious I'm not the only one who's been scammed. Just wish I had been smart enough to cash out. But I guess I trusted too much. Shame.What I want is to be let into my account to redeem my points or the be refunded to equivalent cash value of the points to what was available for me to redeem.

I spent countless hours doing surveys on this companys site, LifePoints. Their emails have a spam link that is easy to accidentally click and it cancels your account. I unfortunately did this and immediately reached out to the company. They said that I could create a new account with a different email address and they could transfer my points. Upon trying to do so however, I received an error creating my account. I reached back out to LifePoints and was told I violated something in their contract and I now cant create a account. I have a good amount of points that add up to a little over $40 and I just want to be compensated. Im not sure why I had an account in good standing and now all of a sudden I cant create an account again.

Lightspeed I received an email in February from a person named Kimberly C

I received an email in February from a person named Kimberly C... who I confirmed with a market research company called Kantar, works in their Accounts Payable dept, asking me to fill out a W9 tax form in order to receive a 1099-MISC tax form for earnings of $600+ in 2019. She'd claimed an email was sent out to me on 9/19 asking me for this information. I didn't recall receiving this email and feel this wouldn't be something I'd overlook since I check my email daily. I both emailed and mailed copies of the completed W9 form to the specified address in the email. I'd asked Kimberly for confirmation of receiving the forms, to which she never replied. I took it up with LifePoints' (used to be Lightspeed Panel/MySurvey.com) customer service, which after several attempts of contact, they finally managed to get Kimberly to contact me to let me know she got the W9 form. I've waited for this 1099-MISC form, which I NEED to file my 2019 taxes, but have YET to receive it. I've contacted LifePoints about it again, and they told me they'd escalate it higher to make sure I get a reply ASAP. It'll be almost a month since this has occurred and I don't know why it's taking so long to get this 1099-MISC tax form.

I had just redeemed for a $10 dollar gift card on May 10 when I couldn't login to my account anymore. I thought the website had issues since I couldn't login for several days. I decided to make a help desk ticket for assistance. Five minutes later to my dismay, I received an email stating I had violated their terms and my account had been deactivated. I searched the internet and saw many people had the same account termination issue, and LifePoints gave everyone the same generic response that the evidence was overwhelming against them for violating their terms. I did not violate the terms. I had lost hope to clear my name. It's been two months and I still think of how I've been cheated of all the time and effort I put into answering the surveys. Hence, why I'm here today. I just can't let it go. I would like to receive a non-generic response from LifePoints about my "supposed" violation.

I joined lifepoints a few months ago to earn some extra cash but after a few hours decided it wasn't for me. so what happens after I close my account. every week 2 times a week i can spam text. Asking me to sign up to win a tablet and wanting my credit card info etc.. and today i got a text telling me I am being reimbursed for a payment i did with my phone. I never use my phone to buy stuff.Plus I have not signed up for any other sites. They sold my information so I'd get these texts. the number that I get is extra long like the last one said 220 *** and with odd sites on the text like owimig.club/WQ4HEaF all these texts have my full name too. I reply with stop or please stop texting me with no response. I do report the text to my phone company and block the number but then I get a new text a few days later with a new number but still too long to be a usa number and a new site

I have been unable to log into my account for the last few days and keep seeing this error: "ERROR MESSAGE Sorry, your membership is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our help desk*** for support." I contacted Support And received a reply that my account is no longer active with no explanation. This company owes me money and I was in the middle of working on a project. I am asking that I receive a full pay out of my balance and that my account be reinstated immediately.There is no way any policies were violated because I have only updated my email address successfully, and never do any surveys - other than special projects they ask of me because of so many problems encountered in the past.

On June 25 2022 I attempted to do a PAID SURVEY on my LIFEPOINTS PAID SURVEY account page. I could not. After emailing customer service I was informed MY ACCOUNT WS CANCELED, CLOSED and my YEN DOLLARS IN LOFE POITS SURVEY points forfeited, I WAS NOT INFORMED WHY. I was just sent an email copy of ALL THE RULES when I complained and asked why this was done to *** feel MY ACCOUNT was wrongfully closed and my DOLLAR POINTS wrongfully FORFEITED. I WANT MY POINTS( TEN DOLLARS IN MONEY) I WANT MY ACCOUNT REOPENED.

Lightspeed I have enjoyed taking surveys and been a upstanding MySurvey/Lifepoints member for over a decade

I have enjoyed taking surveys and been a upstanding MySurvey/Lifepoints member for over a decade. I contacted them when I couldnt login to my account. They informed me that they canceled my account because of "overwhelming evidence that I violated their Terms"which I did NOT. They also are confiscating any earned rewards immediately. Even more annoying is that they wont even disclose what they are accusing me of. This exact same situation occurred in 2019 after which they discovered a technical glitch on THEIR end, apologized, and reinstated my account. I have contacted them three times to try to straighten this out, but all I receive in return is that the evidence is overwhelming and you violated terms along with a list of reason "why your account can be canceled". Blah, blah, blah...but I committed no violation of the terms. How insulting! I was a trusted government employee for 44 yearsbelieve me, Im not committing fraud in order to make $1 for taking a 40 minute survey. They insult my integrity. From the list of complaints shown, I am not alone. I will choose "explanation of charges" but not meaning $$ charges, but explanation of the charges against me but not the vague "the evidence is overwhelming".

This company provides surveys to take online and gives incentives for the members. I have been a member for many years with no problems, then suddenly they disconnected my account because they say I violated their terms. When I asked what terms they say I violated they would not answer, just said it was highly violated. I feel they disconnected me because I was getting close to a payout of rewards and they just didn't want to give them to me. I have always faithfully answered their surveys honestly. I know of no violations that have ever occurred. I even wondered if they had mixed up my account with another, but they will not answer my questions. I feel they are just not completing their end of the business by giving me the payout of rewards.

I am new to life points and have earned $10.00 so far when out of nowhere they deactivated my account saying i violated some rules? I know i haven't and i got no response to my follow up questions? looks like they don't want to payout after a lot of surveys i have done for life points could be a scam and really should be checked? Thank you, MM., After looking at the reviews looks like this happens a lot and life points should be removed from the internet for false businesses. ?

Lightspeed I have been a member of Lightspeed, now Life Points for over 10 years

I have been a member of Lightspeed, now Life Points for over 10 years. I recently used my points to get a $25 gift card. Then after I did that I was closed out of my account. There was over *** points (equal to $400) in my account and someone at Life Points closed my account and said that I unsubscribed. That never happened. Why would I close and account with $400 in it. So I was told in an email which I have a copy of ,that I could get a new email address and register again with Life Points and they would give me back my points. I did this twice and both times they said my accounts were not good. I emailed back and forth with the *** over 10 times and then they stopped and ignored my emails. No one has answered me back. So this is the reason I am writing to you. I would like someone to get to the bottom of what happened to my account I did not close it and I want my points back or my $400 which I have earned over the years. I was saving them to buy something nice. I guess they got a little worried when I started using my points to buy gift cards. They stole my *** points ( $400) and it took me a very long time to earn them. I want everyone to know just how dishonest the *** is.

Lifepoints surveys, administered by Lightspeed, locked me out of my account. I have emailed and get canned response that I violated something. But nobody will tell me what I did. I have tried calling and no one answers the telephone. I can't talk to a real person. Therefore, I can't redeem rewards for surveys I took in good faith. The worst part is they send me 3-4 emails per day with new survey invitations. This doesn't seem to be ethical.

I want to file a complaint against life points All points forfeited because I violated their terms...I am sure that I did not violate anything.So I violated their terms in an overwhelming fashion yet they won't tell me what I did. I rarely do the surveys anymore due to time constraints but try to stay active. I am still receiving emails daily from them to come do a survey but my account was terminated. If you terminate an account at least let people know what they did wrong. Accusing without proof sounds like a scam!

Like many others before me have said, this company deactivated my rewards survey account for no good reason. First they told me I unsubscribed! Which is wrong because I would never unsubscribe when I had accumulated survey points to redeem. Others said my email address was changed and still others could give no explanation but to reapply and they would transfer my points which is not possible as the site will not let me reapply! All I want is my account reinstated so I can redeem the points I did have for a gift card which I'm due. I've tried and tried emailing them to no avail . Please someone call me!

In late November I tried and sign into the website as was told my account was "temporarily unavailable". When I emailed them to find out why I was told that my account had been disabled and my almost $100 worth of points had been taken away because their system showed that I broke one of their terms. I know I did not break any of their terms so was totally floored by this. It has been over a month now and I have been unable to get anything other than copy and paste replies telling me that it has been moved higher up (I doubt it) and the decision stands to keep my account closed. When I ask what they think I did as I suspect that my account was the victim of a computer error they tell me that information is proprietary information they can't give me. I feel that they closed my account to avoid having to pay out for the points I had banked and am Now giving me the runaround. I don't see how telling me what rule they think I broke is something they can't share so suspect that I didn't break any and they are just using that as an excuse to steal the $100 worth of points that I took surveys for. I want someone high enough up to actually look at my account to contact me so we can figure this out and get my account reopened.

I have been a member of the Lifepoints Panel for many years, have attempted or completed hundreds of surveys, and accumulated several hundred dollars in rewards. I recently logged in to complete the Purchase Diary I have done many times, and started it. A couple days later I tried to log in to complete my entries and was unable, as it indicated my account was temporarily unavailable. After several days of getting this message, I contacted their customer service. I got a response that my account had been reviewed, and it was being terminated for violation of terms of service. Along with that, they would be keeping all of the money I legitimately earned through hours and hours of surveys. They did not offer a reason, so I replied to the message asking for the reason. They responded later by telling me the evidence against me was overwhelming. So here we have them not only taking all my money, but also accusing me of fraud! I am 100% confident I did nothing to warrant this. It is mind-boggling to think that a company can cancel my account, keep all MY money, and then give NO reason! I want my account reinstated and access to my earnings. I earned them, and I have done NOTHING wrong. It would also be nice to actually know why they did this.

All I want is my two gift cards totaling $10 this is so disrespectful as surveys take lots of time to complete and the payment is so minimal then they try to cheat u at the end by not paying. Let me reiterate at no time was I warned or told that there were ANY violations with my account yet they locked me out. You can not lock out someone and just cancel the account without any prior warning. All I want is the 2 gift cards they can keep the other 520 points. This is NOT nice. AS soon as I asked where my payment was they canceled the account. If there were any problems with the account why would they allow me to cash out, not once but twice. THanks

Lightspeed I was a member of MySurvey long before LifePoints took them over

I was a member of MySurvey long before LifePoints took them over. After the take over my account was cancelled and all of the points that I had earned were lost. That was back in 2019. It took over a month of filing complaints and sending emails back and forth before everything was restored.Now my account was closed again for violating some term. All I received from them were 2 links to 2 laundry lists of possible violations. They have never given me a definite reason as to what I violated. I filed a review on SurveyPolice.com listing the problems that I was having and I received a response with instructions as to how to resubmit a request which I did. Again I received an email stating that my account was closed and all rewards were lost. Again no definite reason was given as to why the account was closed or what term I violated.Rewards that were to be deposited into my PayPal account were never deposited even though I received an order conformation for the deposit days before my account was closed.This seems to be a common practice of LifePoints. Looking at just the latest 5 pages of reviews for LifePoints on SurveyPolice.com 17 out of *** people that just did not receive their rewards. Other sites like Trustpilot.com and sitejabber.com are showing the same types of complaints.

I have been a panelist of My Survey and LifePoint's ,for many years .Recently you stated that i unsubscribed and have been temporary closed my account i have reach out to you several times and response now is that i was terminated, and now i lose my points which is over 7000.,.Lifepoints representative sent an email to me which stated that if i get new email address, I would be reinstated.IO have complied with such request and still cannot get in to an account and was assured by your company that this would be corrected and all points would be restored. It is now July 1 2022,and situation has not improved nor has been resolved to my satisfaction. I am not going to allow some to be that disrespectful to me .. I have tried to reach you via phone and ask for alternate ways of contacting your company so that i am able to speak ,with a live person with a name as you representative only stated your LifePoint's team and kind regards, which is nice but not rectify the situation. I am asking to be reinstated and all points will be restored or your company does owe me would be 2 amazon card in amount of 25 dollars each and the other points you may retain . as I am so disgusted right now , with your lack of compassion and understanding to your panelist that have been working so hard to fulfill the obligation you have requested, and if you can not just tune person s out with no decent consideration and with you own words kind regards *** retired nurse

Lightspeed I received an email from lifepoints panel the day before yesterday to do a survey

I received an email from lifepoints panel the day before yesterday to do a survey. Once I did the survey, I tried to login to do my other surveys that I received notifications for. I could not login. I thought maybe I forgot my password, so I clicked on the "forgot password" link and was informed that an email address didn't exist. I contacted LifePoints panel, and they stated that my account was canceled due to, "After reviewing your member history and performing an audit of your membership, we have found evidence that you have violated LifePoints community Terms and Conditions, which has resulted in your membership being deactivated. Membership in LifePoints requires truthfully and honestly answering the questions presented in each survey. The survey answers provided by members is vital to the research and businesses asking for opinions. We are aware of certain members completing surveys without actually answering any survey questions, opening duplicate memberships and/or referring the same person(s) with different email addresses, using the same IP address. Please note that this is a violation of the LifePoints Reward Point Rules and therefore we have deactivated your membership and forfeited all LifePoints collected until this point." I have not done any of the above things that they stated. I have contacted them, and they stated that they stick by their decision, even though I did not do any of the above. Worst company ever when I did none of the above things, and I genuinely took the surveys as such.

Lightspeed Again, my account was closed for some unknown reason

Again, my account was closed for some unknown reason. What was it? Was cashing out my rewards the violation?I was a member of MySurvey long before LifePoints took them over. After the take over my account was cancelled and all of the points that I had earned were lost. That was back in 2019. It took over a month of filing complaints and sending emails back and forth before everything was restored.Now my account was closed again for the second time in less than a week.On March 1, 2022 my account was closed for no apparent reason (violated some unknown term). After filing a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com on March 3, 2022 I finally received a reply from LifePoints that my account was reactivated and all my points were restored (which they were).That was on March 11, 2022.Now on March 16, 2022 my account was closed again without any reason except I violated some unknown term. That was five days after getting it restored. After contacting the help desk twice I got a reply that my account was closed and all of my rewards were forfeited again.Rewards that were to be deposited into my PayPal account were never deposited even though I received an order conformation for the deposit days before my account was closed.As I said in my first complaint to the Complaintsboard.com this appears to be a common practice, looking at just the latest 5 pages of reviews for LifePoints on SurveyPolice.com 17 out of *** people that just did not receive their rewards. Other sites like Trustpilot.com and sitejabber.com are showing the same types of complaints. Now you can add 4 out of 5 more in last several days.

Lightspeed I had been a member of the MySurvey site for the past 15+ years

I had been a member of the MySurvey site for the past 15+ years. When MySurvey merged into Lifepoints in 2019, my account transferred to the new company. Just like years prior with MySurvey, I have completed these surveys in order to obtain points which could be turned in for "rewards". I have spent a significant time doing these surveys in order to receive points (sometimes the site would not even give me the earned points). I have cashed out my points for gift cards periodically, however had a SIGNIFICANT number of points stored up (***+) in order to receive a higher gift card amount. On 3/1/22, I placed an order using SOME of my earned points (***) for a $25 Amazon gift card. I received a confirmation email from Lifepoints along with an order number saying that my order was being processed. On 3/3/22 I attempted to log into my Lifepoints account to check the status of my order only to receive an error message saying my account was temporarily unavailable and to contact customer service. I email the company on that same date asking for clarification. I received an email from the company on 3/4/22 stating that my account was suddenly terminated and my account was locked. I asked for clarification/reasoning which the company could/would not provide to me. They noted that in addition to terminating my account, that all of MY EARNED points would by voided. Despite sending numerous messages, they have NOT responded to any of my inquiries. Finally on 3/11/22, I received an answer via a *** message that my order for my Amazon gift card had been cancelled as well. While I am still angry about my account being closed, and my my points being voided, I am not sure how they can cancel an order that I had placed PRIOR to them cancelling my account. I did put in the work for these points and therefore, at the least, should have my order honored.

Lifepoints survey company have been taking panellists hard earned reward instead of paying them they been cancelling there accounts then when they ask why cant I login they LIE say you violated and C when asked to provide evidence Lifepoints refuse accuse panellists of liable and slander. they have panelists of 10 -15 years in tears loyal panelists who earned *** they have stolen refuse to pay them what they owe lying saying we have overwhelming evidence you broke the lifepoints rules. Everyone is sent same automated email. If you go on *** website go on Lifepoints reviews you will see all the devatated panellists all posting the same reviews evidence and proof of what I'm saying with the exact same email they sent from Lifepoints saying you voilated and C we closed your account you wont be getting your points / rewards were keeping them. *hey refuse to provide evidence of what panelists have done because we done NO*HING WRONG. we are honest people who do surveys. Instead of paying us the rewards were owed Lifepoints steal our money. We cash our rewards Lifepoints refuse to pay us. OR they send USED giftcards ignore emails trying to sort this. they DON'pay you your rewards. *hey closed everyones accounts who have been with them years and earned so much money, and they steal our heard earned money spend it on themseves there compulsive liars and thieves . *hey think they're going to get away with stealing all panellists hard earned rewards. When we cash our rewards they immediately close our accounts so we cant contact them or get our money, they send us all the same automated email saying you have violated the and C they reply saying we have overwhelming evidence so overwhelming we cannot re open your account you forfeit your rewards and points your accounts closed this is the end of the matter we will not reply to any more messages you send us after this one. All recent positive reviews they wrote themseves as they know I reporting this

Lightspeed I have been taking surveys with the Lifepoints for 6-7 years without issue

I have been taking surveys with the Lifepoints for 6-7 years without issue. On Sunday 5/15/22 I redeemed a 25 dollar payout leaving roughly 800 points in my account. When I attempted to login to my account on 5/17/22 there was a message stating my account was temporarily on hold. I submitted a ticked to inquire about it. I received a reply stating my account was closed due to violations and my points were forfeited. I replied to ask to provide how I had violated their terms and was told they would not tell me. I was honestly shocked by not only having my account closed in such an abrupt manner, but also by the response. I then began looking online about this and was even more shocked to find a plethora of complaints identical to mine - including dozens submitted from May 15th though the 17th. Many of the complaints were longstanding members like myself whose accounts were suspended right after they attempted to redeem their points all in the same time frame as mine was. Not once since I joined have I ever received a notification of any violation with my account. My quality score hovers around 150, so after 6-7 years to abruptly have my account suspended, payout denied and remaining points forfeited when I have never had any prior problems, notifications or warnings from them is suspect. I believe my account was suspended, monies not paid out and remaining points were forfeited erroneously. What I want to see as a resolution is to have my account restored, my 25 dollar payout processed and my remaining 800+ points restored. I take participating in the surveys seriously. I dont have an agenda to violate any rules in order to receive moderate compensation for survey participation. Its nice to get a small stipend for your time and effort, but making money isnt the primary reason most of us take them to begin with. Being made to feel bad like you have done something wrong and have everything taken without any specifics provided as proof just adds insult to injury.
