The Landing at Little Elm Apartments - advertising brand new apartments - w/mold & cockroaches & racist staff
Advertising brand new apartments but infested with cockroaches and mold. unresponsive and racist management, paperthin walls, management picks favorites that are white & management harasses certain ppl that are black. They segregate black people to one building and tell ppl with kids to live on 1st floor only. They deny lots of black people.
Maintenance breaks more than they fix. Louder by the day. We hear neighbors taking a [censored]. Gunshots at night, extremely dangerous place for kids. Workers let they kids run wild u know who u are. Greedy & gluttonous asst. manager has fat rolls on her feet & harasses ppl to pay early- prolly for her food bill. Landing at Little Elm is at 42% occupancy for a reason. Do not try to see why. Go to Century 380 for real luxury living & avoid The Landing at Section 8. Word is mgmt gets they favorites to write reviews for rent credits, iPads & high ticket prizes. Only white ppl need apply. RACIST RACIST RACIST RACIST.
