product not delivered
I placed an online order No. 555445, dated: 3rd January, 2019 for LG LH70 B 2.1 channel DVD Home Cinema system, with TheJTstore. My order states that the product will be delivered in 12 to 14 days. It has been more than 15 days but still there is no news about the dispatch of the order nor has it been delivered to me. I contacted the customer service and they replied that I did not order for the product instead my order was for a cashback. They have cheated me through their website, when my payment was a cashback then why did they charge an extra amount of Rs. 50 /= towards its delivery charges. On the order confirmation page it was clearly mentioned that the product will be shipped to my given address and that the product will be delivered in 12 - 14 days. Upon non receipt of the product I contacted the company (Ticket No. 94416) and the reply I got was shocking to me that the amount paid by me is not for the product instead it is a JTCash. This is sheer online fraud. My request to you is to get the refund all the money paid by me i.e. Rs. 152 /= (see the attached file). I hope an amicable settlement will be made.

for not recovering product
I have ordered a order for Sony headphone and it s cost was 202/- and when I track it it sis showing processing order placed 1 month ago and it was not yet delivers now what will I do? If it will delivered in 3-6 working days so I can accept if not so please return my money I have done my payment by bank It was not showing option of cash on delivery please register this complain and return my money if not be delivered please register it and I will not shop with you again i have to gift it to my kid on his birthday and he was very sad on his birthday so I will give it on Christmas so please provide delivery and register it

I have made an order and I have cancelled it . My order id-418701. I Have made a payment of 202rs two times towards this order as it was showing order failed in jt store app. But on making payment 2nd time the result was same that is order failed. And I have called the customer service centre also so many times from past 2 months but there is no response from them. They are saying that your refund is in process it will be credited within 4 to 5 days from past two months. So please refund my amount of 404rs as soon as possible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

The JT Store - product received by the jt store
I heard about The jt store is that they provide most horrible service, their product delivery procedure time is too lengthy. But it's not truthful. They have good services. As a customer I'm glad to receive my all orders by The JT Store at time and responding me in every query. The JT Store - fake website
It is a fake website and don't comply indian rules. It's run by a fraud owner and doesn't know that he should be charging GST. I recently bought a product and later locked the order telling me to refer them to unlock the order. Most of the positive reveiw are posted by the admin and their contact number on the site is also fake please look into the problem so many of the future buyers are not targeted by this fake site
