I have been dealing with this incompetent company for over 5 weeks. I needed to lower my policy coverage due to just retiring and my income has significantly decreased. I changed my pip to Medicare, removed uninsured/underinsured, because that is just asinine. Why should I pay for someone when I HAVE TO PAY. NO WAY and upped my deductible. It only decreased my policy less than a $100 plus I always pay in full the whole term.
They ran me around like a circus animal. I would literally call or chat or email them every other day, and each time I got different numbers and different answers. This company is NOT for the seniors and screw AARP, another bunch of rip off artists, claiming to help. Nope, just thieves.

It is such a joke we have to pay for car insurance. I live in Michigan where it is the highest in the country. We you better believe my senators are going to hear from me.

I'm paid thru December...I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. HARFORD IS HORRIBLE.

Recommendation: DO NOT BUY HARTFORD INSURANCE.
