The Drain Team sent Christopher to our house to reset a toilet and investigate why we were experiencing issues with our shower and toilet in the one bathroom. After successfully resetting the toilet, he ran a camera system through the pipes and determined that we needed the pipes jetted.

He returned the following day with an assistant to remove pavers on our back porch and cut through 6" of concrete in order to access the 3" cast iron pipe. After cutting out a section, they proceeded with the pipe jetting. Once they set a PVC section with a cleanout, they backfilled and restored the concrete to its proper level. The next day, Christopher returned to reinstall the pavers. It is impossible to tell that they were ever there.

Christopher #392 and his assistant did an outstanding job. We will specifically request Christopher for any future plumbing issues.

I have an old house with old plumbing so there are many issues. I have used the Drain Team for years to fix old plumbing problems, They said to really take care of things you need to re-pipe (which they were correct) but that meant tearing up my pool pavers. Well I decided to redo my pavers and almost forgot about their advice. Luckily I called them and asked specifically for Randi as he knew my system and the problems the old owner did very well.

Even though Randi was on a commercial project he agreed to come out on a Saturday and re-do my plumbing before the new pavers came in Monday.

My fault waiting too long but Randi and the Drain Team came through!

This company has been extremely reliable and dependable over the years and I know Randi did the right job so I do not have to worry about problems in the future.

I had a great experience with this company. I hired them to do a camera locate of my sewer line to see if it needed to be moved for my upcoming pool installation. Christy was professional and polite booking my appointment and kept me advised as to when Jason would be arriving. Jason was the ultimate professional explaining everything and keeping me up to date throughout the process. Once it was determined that my line was in the way Jason gave me a quote to relocate and replace my line. Their quote was considerably lower than 2 other estimates I received. Jason arrived on time and completed the project in the time promised. Seth, who assisted Jason with some of the project was friendly and professional as well. It's worth mentioning that a neighbor, who is a plumber, recommended them to me as the project was too large for him. I would use this company again and will refer them to friends and family!

I can't say enough good things about this company, especially their customer service representative, Christie, and their technician, Seth! I needed wax rings installed on two toilets and two shut off valves replaced under the bathroom sink. I was expecting to wait weeks to actually get someone to the house and two days later, it's done! Christie was very friendly, communicative, and helpful in quickly resolving a bad experience with the technician who came to give a quote and sent Seth over to take care of it the next day. Seth was professional, COVID conscious, communicative, and did a stellar job with the work. He even didn't mind replacing the faucet on the sink (a job I had planned to do myself, but was happy to have done) as a late addition to the job. If you need work done, ask for Seth by name! I'll definitely be going to these guys first for any future plumbing needs and I give them the highest recommendation I can!

I called about 11 in the morning and explained the problem with 2 toilets. I was told someone could be at my house between 2-5PM . I got a call from John just after 2:00, who told my someone was on the way. Within 10 minutes Christian was at my front door. He was friendly from the minute he walked in. I explained what my situation was, and he told me what he would do and gave me the price. He was pleasant, and got right to work. Within minutes he told me what he had found, but it was a bit more complicated than what he initially thought. Again, he told me the price and I said go ahead and do it...90 minutes later he was completely finished. He answered all my questions...and I had many! He was knowledgeable and a great listener. Both bathrooms looked clean before he left. If I ever need to use the Drain Team again, I'm asking for Christian. Their service is always great and I want them to know that they have a great employee in Christian. I suggest he get a raise! :-)

Christopher, employee of The Drain Team, did a prompt and excellent job fixing my leak by the water meter. The leak was below a large tree root and inaccessible without cutting through it. Other plumbers charged excessive prices to get through it, but when Christopher came out a week before the actual job was done to assess the leak site, he informed me and my wife of the most cost effective way to get to the leak site exposed so he could work on it. We followed his advice and got the tree and stump removed before giving him a call back. He fixed it promptly and charged a fair price for his labor. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. I ended up paying less altogether than I would have had I not gone with his input. I recommend Christopher and The Drain Team to anyone who has any plumbing needs. They're wholly professional and fair in their pricing. You'll receive a quote before they start the work and they charge based on the task, not on time. You won't regret going with them.

I called The Drain Team yesterday because my handyman had confirmed my concern about water suddenly seeping up through the floor of my master bathroom. He told me I needed a leak detector and then a plumber. Less than 2.5 hours later, leak detector Norm arrived and succeeded in pinpointing the problematic location of the leak. Later the same afternoon, plumber Christopher (SERP # 392) arrived to provide an estimate. I was pleased with choreographers Brigitte and Juanita's guidance and help from my initial call to dispatching Christopher the next morning to make the repair. It was possible back-to-back bathrooms would both have to be broken up to access sufficiently the copper pipe with the pinhole leak in order to repair it (including toilet removal). Nevertheless, thanks to his vast experience and concern for the customer's home, Christopher managed necessary access from only one bathroom's wall and floor in order to make the repair without greater intrusiveness. I am a very satisfied customer of The Drain Team.

I had decided to replace my kitchen sink. Christopher 392 came to the house 3 times - first time so I could avoid issues with wrong size &/or plumbing and for an estimate. Second time was to replace the sink I ordered online - except that after the 'old' sink was removed, and he took the new sink out of the box, it was damaged & could not be installed. Since the house is 50 yrs old, when the new sink arrived & was installed. I decided to also have the garbage disposal & valves under the sink replaced. Like many of us who need to call a plumber, I'm no expert at the work details or cost. But I do know: Christopher 392 patiently answered my questions, the work was done skillfully, in acceptable time frame, no residual 'mess', and the sink looks great. I previously had the Drain Team come out for a toilet repair. I'm sorry I don't remember the first plumber's name - he did a great job as well. I also want to note that everyone in the office that I've spoken with was courteous & patient with my questions & rescheduling

I want to thank The Drain Team for having such a wonderful plumber that helped me in a big way by the name of Jacob S. I had a fast leaking toilet in two of my three bathrooms on Sunday, I called The Drain Team as they have weekend service.

Jacob S. was the plumber that they sent to me. He advised me that the one toilet had a broken seal, and the other toilet had a crack in the tank, which I have no clue how that happen. He did advise me that the toilets were old and that is how it could have happened. I then advised him that I will go purchase the toilets and hoped that I would have him as my plumber. I scheduled the appointment for the next day, and happily I got Jacob and Evan. Both gentlemen where pleasant, and efficient in replacing all three of my toilets. I am so happy with their services that I will be recommending them to a friend for their plumbing needs.

I really feel that I have found by go to plumbing service, as I have had some horror stories in the past.

Jayson at the Drain Team provided some of the best service I have ever received. He was honest, did a thorough job, saved me a lot of money and was overall just a very nice person. I was told by two different companies that the work I needed done would run $3,000, the drain team resolved by issue for less than $400.

Jayson was extremely thorough in his work, not only did he go above and beyond in the work he performed, he also was extremely detailed in explaining to me what he was doing and the purpose. He was sitting on my roof, on a 93 degree day in the Florida sun for an hour, not once did he complain or make me feel like he was inconvenienced. The only thing he cared about was properly diagnosing the problem, making sure I understood and coming up with the right solution. There were a few times where Jayson could have taken short cuts, but he didn't, he performed the work how it should have properly been done.

I cant say enough about his honesty, customer service skills and work ethic. I hope he is recognized for his level of service, skill and hard work. Great guy.

I just happened to call The Drain Team with my plumbing need. The best decision I could have possibly made. My plumbing was backing up. The Drain Team sent Jason (Service Technician) out within two hours. Jason ran a camera through my system and determined my needs. Jason had a full schedule that day but said he could come back the next day and repair my plumbing issue as it would take most of the day to fix. We determined that I could get by for one more day. Before he left he gave me a price on what it would cost. Jason arrived first thing the next morning and corrected my problem. I should add that another competitor had been out prior to me contacting The Drain Team to fix my problem. $500.00 and three days later I found I still had the same issue as this company had not run a camera down my pipes to properly diagnose my issue. Jason is an excellent Technician and I have now found a reliable repair person and company for my plumbing needs. The repair price was reasonable and the quality of the work was better than excellent. If 10 stars were an option The Drain Team would be rated as such by me. Thanks Drain Team.

My name is John Smith, owner of a Wesley Chapel, FL, home that has encountered occasional plumbing issues with our sewer lines, and I would like to thank Ronnie, employee Smith for his extraordinary service to our household over a period of a few years (our family of 4 moved here in 2015). Ronnie is polite, courteous and has a wry sense of humor that occasionally surfaces in his cheerful banter. This last week he fixed a serious outgoing sewer line problem that not only stopped an interior bathroom from operating, but was interfering with the kitchen plumbing as well. Ronnie was tireless and scaled the roof to check vents, snaked the house lines from the outside and snaked the problem bathroom from inside to the house exterior. He had to move a heavy Gerber 2-flush toilet in his investigations, and went to the trouble of replacing a plastic PVC outgoing channel bracket below the floor level that was deteriorating with a metal bracket. He did all this in the space of a few hours and finished the job with a smile, and chatted with my wife for a few minutes before leaving, putting a grin on her face. Kudos to Ronnie for his splendid service! Our thanks to the Drain Team for saving the day (again!). :-)

My mom's sewage drain pipe was completely blocked in late December by a large root of an old tree in Sun City Center. She called the local plumber who said the tree had to come down. Unfortunately, that plumbing company dropped the ball and didn't send her or her Association the bid/proposal until I contacted them on my mom's behalf. I live in New York. Due to the tree root blocking the sewage line, my mom was unable to properly use her home's toilets. We hired a new plumber, The Dream Team. Antonio and William and their crew of five quickly assessed the situation, identified the location of the blockage, secured the right equipment, and started working. Antonio and William showed up on time this morning, February 15, did all of the necessary work and worked around the roots, fixed the blockage, saved the tree, and provided top-notch quality customer service. Not only did they have the professional expertise to get the work done but they were also incredibly friendly and explained to my mother what they were doing. I wish I had a plumber or any repair experts with the same knowledge, expertise, and white-glove customer delivery as Antonio! I am so thankful to him for his follow up and communicating with me while getting the work done for my mother. Kudos from NYS!

WOW, totally impressed with the Service provided ! I manage some commercial rental property (not my first profession) and I have some experience with plumbers ...but this Drain Team (or should I say "Dream Team") of Christie and Chris out did themselves in my estimation. Finally, I found a Company that I can depend on for my next emergency. From my initial call to Christie, late on Good Friday, she said she could send someone on Monday to assist with my problem. Sure enough, she called me first thing on Monday morning to tell me when Chris would be at the property site so I could schedule the visit with my tenants. As soon as Chris arrived on the property (at the time stated - I might add), he assessed my problem and told me exactly what needed to be done before he could resolve my leak between two buildings. I followed up with a septic tank company and when they left, my leak became a huge gushing water problem. I immediately called Christie to see when Chris could return for the next anticipated step and Christie said Chris was on another job and not available. The next phone call I received was Chris back on my property and taking full control of the situation. Totally Awesome TEAM and I could continue on with other details to a complete resolution of my leak but I will spare everyone the details. Bottom line ...I was totally impressed with my Dream Team of True PROFESSIONALS !

We just purchased a house in Clearwater and the house was a flip that had some pretty sloppy work done on the outside plumbing. It was the worse plumbing I have ever seen of adding onto the original plumbing that should have been completely replaced. The older plumbing began leaking pretty bad on a Wednesday and we noticed it early Saturday morning. I called The Drain Team who I found by doing a search on the internet and their ad said they didn't charge extra for weekends which caught my eye since it was a saturday and we needed this leak fixed immediately. They sent out Christopher (392) who looked at the ridiculous job that previous plumber did and told us he could fix just the leak or replace the whole thing for a few hundred dollars more, which is what the wife and I was wanting to do anyway so we agreed to do that. This was around 4pm and would require several hours work and more equipment so he ask if he could come do this on Sunday which was supposed to be his day off, but he wanted to make sure he had enough time to repair this if he found more issues after digging up the pipes. This was perfectly fine, and in fact was very impressive that he was willing to do this on his day off, we were happy to wait one more day and get it done right. On Sunday Christopher showed up here on time and eager to get started. He actually dug up the pipes from the main, and cut out all the plumbing from the main to the main feed into the house, which believe me it was a total mess which I took pictures of because I could not believe it was so screwed up. He then ran new pipe up to the house, installed a beautiful and durable shutoff valve that should last for many years, and even installed a brand new hose faucet which was not even in the $750.00 quote. Instead of 3 shut off valves, one that was not even working, and 3 garden hose faucets that leaked and were in terrible shape we have 1 line coming in, 1 shut off valve, and 1 faucet with a very easy to operate handle. Amazing work from this guy, but not only was the work great, afterwards he came to give us the bill and it was only $625.00. Great customer server, and a big shout out the Christopher 392, great job, you are a great plumber, and my new plumber for life. Give this man a bonus!

They put on their invoice work that was not performed but charged for. Overcharged for work that was performed and done messy. Fraudulent billing (work not initiated/completed), padded receipt (permit cost, landscape), no estimated provided, proper permits not obtained or provided. Inadequate/sloppy work, dishonest (lied to) and probable age and sex discrimination. See attached.
