John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air did a great job fixing my problem. They were fast and efficient. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work done. The price was reasonable too. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

I hired John Henry's to fix my plumbing on 7/20/7. They said it would take 3 days. I couldn't watch them work because I was at work. When I got home at 2:30pm on 7/21, no one was there and everything was clean. I called John Henry's to ask if they were done or if they would come back. They said the workers were still there and had an hour left. But I was in my house, so they lied. I talked to the boss about his workers wasting time. He asked when I got home (2:30pm) and said they would clock out by 2pm so I wouldn't pay for extra time. I don't know when they finished. They lied about how long it would take and got caught. I want to know when they finished and why they lied.

Dont ever call John Henrys for pluming needs. My mom bought a lav faucet and called them to install it. The tech was only there for 1/2 hour and told my mom her bill was $270.00! Oh my goodness, my mom is in her 80s, no senior disc? I really feel like they ripped my mom off. And if thats what they charge its ridiculous. There are other pluming companies she will be calling from now on.

Erik G. is the best! We had a kitchen sink blockage that another Lincoln plumber actually made worse, then wanted to charge us extra to fix his mistake. We called John Henry and from the sweet girl we scheduled with to the way Erik handled everything, we couldn't be happier. He came in, knew exactly what to do and went the extra mile to ensure EVERYTHING was done to perfection. John Henry will have our business from now on, no question! I called John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air and it was a bad idea. They came to my house to fix some things but it was a disaster. I should have called my old friends who are good plumbers instead. I'm sorry to them. I want to warn others in Lincoln and nearby places to not use this company. They are not ethical and it was a terrible experience. The manager told me they have many clients so I can't do anything about it. #FJH

I am real impressed with John Henry's Company. We needed sewer/waste water problem fixed. Matt (I think he was the boss) told us what they would do first. Two guys came and did hydro flushing and used a camera to find the problem. These two guys work real hard. Matt came back later and got all the info from different places and gave us a price for the fix. It was less than half of what another company wanted. We said yes. On Monday at 8:30, they did hydro-excavating to make a small area for one guy to fix it. These two guys work real hard too. By 7:00 pm, it was fixed, checked, and filled in. The best part is that Matt found out it was the utility company's fault, so we got our money back. John Henry's is real good at customer service and they are honest. Thanks John Henry's.

I hired John Henry's Plumbing to fix my pipe from the lagoon to my house. They said it would be $85 plus the job cost. Their guy was here for less than 30 mins and didn't have the right tools. My son had to help him and it took less than 30 mins. I was shocked when they charged me $397! I paid and was told I'd get an invoice. No invoice by Wednesday, so I texted them. No response. Thursday, they said accounting would contact me. I called Friday and spoke to Kyle. He said I was charged an after-hours fee and that John Henry's charges $291 to snake a drain. I spoke to 3 people and none of them mentioned the $291! John Henry's thinks it's fair, but I wouldn't have hired them if I knew the charge. It makes me sick to think about how they treat their customers. I wish I paid with a card so I could dispute it. I thought they'd fix it, but nope. No apology, no resolution, just $400 gone. Please read reviews before hiring John Henry's.
