We had an experience with Mike today!
We had an experience with Mike today! Our bathroom drain was cloged so bad that every shower started and ended with 2-3 inches of water (gross!) Mike was extremely helpful, friendly, wore a mask, explained the issue, and fixed it. Our experience was super positive, and we would hire Drains by James again for sure.

Daniel *. came on time and wore a mask during this Covid time. He snaked our sewer line and reinstalled our toilet and did an Excellent job. He was very friendly, courteous, personable, and professional. We would highly recommend *** and would definitely use them again. Daniel did a great job. We are very satisfied.

We had a main line sewer drain clog causin slight overflow and leakage in out basement. Over the course of 2 days, we placed a few calls to 2 different plumbers that we've dealt with previously, without getting any return calls. (It's a sad comment on those plumbing companies that this was the case).I went online and found Drains By James via Home Advisor and submitted a quote request in the evening. (I also checked out their website and was impressed that they had prices for services right on their site). I received a call from them at 8 am the following morning, a prompt response. They told me they could get someone out within the hour!***, their drain technician, arrived within the hour as promised. *** was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained several aspects of drain issues as well as solutions that they provide, which was also helpful. In short he did a great job! (Tree roots were the issue).Finally, the charge was exactly as advertised, $349. As far as i'm concerned, Drains by James is the go-to company for clogged drains!Thanks guys!*** K
