Amazing to watch the replacement of our 55 year old sewer pipe that had blown a hole. A tricky job that was done in a professional and friendly manner by Owen who is very knowledgeable. Between Owen and his partner Joel they did a fine job. We are very happy with the service and will spread the word that Super Plumber are the guys to call.

Once again I have had great service from Super Plumber, a pleasure to deal with. They arrive when they say they will, provide the assessment and the options to fix, then have all the necessary tools, parts on the truck to get the job finished. I really appreciate their advice on the options. Tyler did a great job, cleaned up everything after. Will definitely hire them again!

Carl was super. He made his offers and was not pushy, listened and we were able to come to an agreement. He was able to fix my kitchen which I had 2 other plumbers look at. Was thinking a faucet replacement was needed but whatever Carl did it worked. There is water pressure flowing. Carl was polite and understood time was getting tight for me and we needed to wrap things up. Thanks Carl

I have used Super Plumber on a couple of properties with positive outcomes during very stressful emergencies. Shaun did a complete re-plumbing of a property a couple months back and with a couple of days of extremely long days to accommodate our schedule, we now happy to say we have no Poly B. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler on another property. Thank you to ALL the team at Super Plumber you are the best!

I was very impressed with the service and will definitely use Super Plumber in the future, should I have a plumbing problem. The plumber who came was so very polite and kept me apprised of what needed to be done. I was given a quote of the work to be done ahead of time. Clean, efficient and personable. All businesses could take a lesson from Super Plumber. Their office staff are also very polite and great to talk with.

I accidentally cut the main water supply to our home. No shutoff. Water was everywhere. Not a happy experience. Andrej was here in 20 minutes and had the problem repaired very quickly. Andrej was more than professional. He had a great sense of humour which made a very bad (and wet) situation bearable. Five stars for Andrej. We have his card and he will be our only plumbing call should I create another plumbing problem!

Our tech was Ian Smith and he was very kind and professional, he knew what he was talking about and he did an exceptional job on redoing our pipes in our mobile home, I would definitely recommend him and this company. I have had lots of contractors in my place renovating and I have to say Ian was a breath of fresh air in doing the job right the first time and at a quite reasonable cost. The Super Plumber lives up to their name.

I was amazed at the prompt and friendly service. I was under a lot of stress for personal reasons and a plumbing problem was the last thing I needed, especially on a long Christmas weekend. Super Plumber was so good, explaining everything and giving all the options Great service. Now I can set aside any plumbing worries and know that I will never call anyone else but Super Plumber. What a relief to have a reliable and honest plumber. My brother is also a big fan and recommended your services.

We had all but given up on finding a plumber to re-plumb our house for an upcoming renovation. Luckily "The Super Plumber" came highly recommended by another of the contractors involved with our reno. In less than 24 hours we met with Shaun, got an affordable quote, slapped down a deposit and we are now look forward to getting the reno underway soon. Shaun was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of the way to plan the rough in to cause as little damage to the drywall as possible. We're looking forward to getting the work done.

This was our first encounter with The Super Plumber. Great service from first phone call to finished install. Friendly and courteous yet efficient and business like. Tyler, our tech, was able to get quotes right a way on the types of replacement toilets we were looking for. Once decided on he went to supplier and was back promptly with the toilets. They were immediately installed neatly and professionally. With Covid 19 still an concern we were glad to see Tyler following all the required protocols all the time. We will definitely have them back again and have joined the Super Plumber Monthly Membership.

I had an emergency water problem on a stat holiday and a technician was at my door in approximately an hour. I was given options of repairs needed and preventive. The technician Andrej was very friendly and informative. He explained everything very well to me and is a very kind and happy person. I could tell he knew how to do his job well and he was fantastic at cleaning up behind himself as he worked. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. I would definitely recommend "The Super Plumber" to anyone in need of a plumber. Hopefully you get to meet Andrej as well he a very good technician and a wonderful person!

We're seniors and feel vulnerable when faced with a domestic challenge. Stress went up when the hot water heater began leaking. We phoned family and friends for plumber advice and Super Plumber got rave reviews. We called and got same day service. The staff go beyond anything we have experienced in the past. Genuine, thoughtful, caring technicians came into our home. They were hard working and thorough. Staff emailed a photo of the technicians involved and updated us as to the exact arrival time. The job was more involved than expected and Super Plumber honored their original quote. We will recommend them to all our family and friends. Sue & Mike B.

This is the second time that I have used The Superplumber in a plumbing emergency and I am so impressed with the company. All the technicians are super conscientious and easy to talk to. They were transparent at every stage and I never felt bullied into making a decision. Both Joel and Ken worked around some pretty “ interesting" plumbing to pressure wash a bad plug out of my septic system. They are coming back tomorrow to finish the job by installing an access to my septic system. I'm sure they will do a stellar job and at a discount price because of all the work they have done already! I would definitely refer this company to anyone having a plumbing emergency.

I had a water leak that I could not find, all the water pipe connections were dry. I called Super Plumber, they came next morning. My insurance company has been wanting me to change my water heater. I never did, but in this case it started a slow leak. I have looked into tankless water heaters last year and asked Tyler about them. He thought that would be a good choice as I only have a 10 gal in this mobile home. He got the new equipment here on a Friday, Came 8 am Monday, got the old system out, new one in, fixed 2 kinked gas lines. Worked in a real small space, that I'm sure many would not dare try, never grumbled or complained. Very professional, clean and tidy work. Went above and beyond I would say, like took out the tub drain, resealed it, sealed around the tub faucet etc.

Mine main floor bathroom toilet needed repair and I am super happy with the repair that has been done. The plumber who came also did a repair and replacement of some work that was previously done by another plumbing company, to do with the hot water tank. Sorry, do not have a good enough plumbing knowledge to use the correct terminology. The previous work had not been done properly. Super Plumber check everything out and do not charge for their visit and analysis of the problem(s). They show you a quote ahead of time and it is up to you whether or not you want to go ahead with the repair(s). They are ever so polite and keep you apprised of what is happening. A very refreshing change from plumbers I have had in the past. This is my second time to call and use Super Plumber and I am well satisfied with their service. My plumber today was Toby and I was/am very impressed with him.

The service is great and if you are in an emergency situation and need help immediately without worrying about the cost, these are the guys to call. They are totally responsive. But be prepared for sticker shock though. They price by fixed amount not time and you will end up paying a lot more than if you pay by time. In terms of the work actually done the cost was almost $1000.00 for a simple plunge and snake job that took about 45 minutes. They also check things out in anticipation of additional work they can do at very high-end prices. Their process can be really irksome, very akin to the car buying experience while you sit around waiting for the manager to approve/disapprove your offer with the sales person. The plumber called into his manager to get pricing and I waited over a half-hour. About their competence and commitment to a good customer experience (except for the price) there is no question. They are great and they stand behind their service. They came almost immediately and since I needed help right away for my peace of mind I was totally satisfied.
