Safari Plumbing says they want all customers to be 100% happy. But I gotta say, I wasn't happy with the service I got from them. First, the plumber came to my house in January to check out my sewage pump. It wasn't working and kept tripping the circuit breaker. He plugged it in and said it was fine, but I knew he was wrong. After he left, I did some more testing and figured out that the pump was the problem. I was worried it would overflow, so I needed a new one ASAP. The plumber charged me $257.64 for the visit on Sunday. Then, I got an estimate for $1,795.57 for the new pump. I looked online and saw that regular people only pay around $700 for a pump. So, I thought the estimate was way too high. I told them my concerns, but I was desperate to get it fixed, so I agreed to the estimate. The plumber and his helper came and installed the pump in just over an hour. I still thought the bill was too high, but I paid it anyway. Later, I asked for an itemized invoice and to talk to Mr.. But Safari Plumbing said they don't do itemized invoices and only give the total amount. I'm not happy because: the bill was too high and I can't see why, I don't know which pump they installed, and I don't have any info about the warranty they promised.

Wow! Super thorough with my walk-through, listened to my opinion (and even acknowledged when my ideas were sound), respectful. I am a woman who is experienced in the trades snd ai am so used to being talked down to but this company was refreshing! All you women out there - you want respect? Try this company. I do not know if it is all their plumbers who treat their female clients so well but at least it’s a start!

My plumbing problem was resolved by a knowledgeable and professional plumber. Available options were explained and the work required fully outlined. The quoted price seemed high at first however after seeing all that had to be done it represented fair value in the end. I was able to save $149 by doing some prep work myself which the worker gave me the option of doing while other aspects of the job were attended to.

Great company to deal with. Plumbers are definitely not cheap but Safari does offer options to try and keep the costs down. They also have several coupons available too. Easy to book with and I’ve used them several times. I really appreciate the information provided on my questions. *** was my plumber for both jobs and I would recommend this company because of him. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the job. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
