Chad Wilson, our buyer's agent, was responsive, kind, and thorough at every turn. We viewed various properties, each time with his expert feedback and support. The communication from Chad Wilson supported us all the way to closing. Chad leads a phenomenal team. We can't say enough good things about the entire group.

The Chad Wilson Group was great to work with! My realtor Heidi was so helpful and kept me going in this crazy market. We looked all over St Charles County but she was able to help me purchase the perfect home for me and my kids in St Charles near where I was previously living so my kids are able to stay at their same schools! She was also able to refer me to a great loan officer who was able to get me the financing I needed. We were also able to do a quick close and it all went smoothly. As an Active Duty Soldier, Chad Wilson went above and beyond with scheduling virtual tours, answering our numerous questions and eventually finding us a home that not only checked all the boxes but also exceeded our expectations. It was December when my husband (John) and I decided to buy a house in St. Louis, Missouri and that is when our agent (Sarah) of the Chad Wilson Group (Keller Williams) came into our lives. The house we really liked was a fixer upper and the sellers wanted a cash only offer but we asked Sarah to ask the sellers if they would consider a lease purchase for a year. The sellers agreed. Sarah worked out all the contract details through emails and phone calls which made everything very convenient for us because we were still in California. Only nine months later my dad had a medical emergency and my husband and I decided we needed to sell the house and move back to California. So, we called our agent Sarah and now family friend to help us sell our house with an outside of the box idea: owner by contract sale. We were selling the house as is including a septic and field that had to be completely replaced, we could only accept cash offers and time was not on our side. The odds were truly stacked against us. Sarah referred Mark, their contractor, and Emily, their listing coordinator and photographer to us. We completed all the homework Mark gave us to make our home look and show its absolute best; then Emily came in and took the most amazing photographs. Our home listed and showed better than we could have imagined. We were under contract with a cash offer within a week of our open house and closing shortly thereafter. We literally bought and sold our home on the same day. This would not have been possible without the hard work and tenacity of Sarah (agent), Emily (listing coordinator/photographer), Mark and all the other team members of the Chad Wilson Group who played a role in our successful buying and selling of our home. Joe at Chad Wilson Group was absolutely amazing throughout our 6 month process of looking for and securing a contract to buy a home. The market right now in the STL area is absolute insanity and required immediate response time with scheduling of showings as soon as homes were listed to allow a chance to offer if interested. Joe would respond immediately when sent requests or questions, and often have us scheduled for showings within 12 hours or less. After looking at dozens of homes we finally found our family home. This was our third time buying a home and I could not be happier with the care Joe provided during the entire time. He has been, hands down, the best to work with compared to others. Thank you Joe!
