Installation of mailbox was not good. There wasn't enough cement used, so it's very loose.

Paid in full up front. Big mistake. Complains ignored. 3 months and still no mailbox. Finally reversed the credit card payment.

They came, they took out the broken fixture and installed a temporary one. They returned and took the temporary one, and installed an original that is just as beautiful as the first. No issues whatsoever, they even cleaned up after themselves... what a surprise!

A grate company to deal with. Our community purchasd 82 mailboxes plus traffic and information signs that were high quality and the company had them installed in a single day. I would recommend them to any community thinking about mailbox or street sign replacements Thank You for grate products and service.

My mailbox got put up by the HOA. 'Bout a year later, some car smacked into it and messed it up. So I gave Beautiful Mailbox Co a ring, and in a few days, they showed up, took out the busted mailbox and post, and put in a temporary one. Then, a couple weeks later, they came back with the fixed-up mailbox and post and put 'em back in. I'm real pleased with their work.

It was nice when it was installed. It's gotten worse in just a few years - paint fading, numbers falling off, door spring breaking, and stuff like that. This is happening in our whole neighborhood. We had to get them, but lots of people have taken them out and put in mailboxes from Home Depot and stuff. I wouldn't buy it again or tell others to get it.

Our subdivision started lookin into replacin the 52 mailboxes at the beginnin of the year. After lookin into other options we decided back in May to purchase them from Beautiful Mailboxes. *** was great in givin us the best price and promised a swift installation. On July 13 the installation was started and completed on July 15th. Thank you Beautiful Mailboxes for a job well done! Our community got new mailboxes from Beautiful Mailboxes. They also installed and took care of our old mailboxes when our community started. We've been happy with them for more than 20 years, so it was an obvious choice to hire them again for the new ones. We started the project during Covid, which had its own problems, but Beautiful Mailboxes stayed professional and understanding throughout. They promised us the same prices and managed to make and install the mailboxes quickly, even with supply chain issues. The whole process was simple and now everyone in our community is happy with our new mailboxes.

Customer service... What customer service?

A month ago, I ordered a logo, house numbers, and a flag for my residence. I waited 3 weeks and they finally sent me the wrong house numbers, and they did not send the logo I requested.

How can I receive the wrong house number stickers when they sent what they sent me to my house? So they had my address.

And by the way, customer service hung up on me when I called originally.

When I called back, by the way, this would be my 4th call, and I requested they overnight what they had not sent, the owner told me to check my mailbox, it would be there today.

So I checked my mailbox today, and nothing. I am on hold now with the company and can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I was then told they couldn't ship overnight today, Monday, but they could on Tuesday. Even though I called 9 AM this morning.

Do yourself a favor, find another company to do business with. This one obviously does not have the customer's best interest at heart. There is no customer service.
