THE ORIGINAL BARKING FROG = THEFT FROM ARTISTS! This store and its owner support and promote theft from artists by carrying and endorsing the stolen designs, merchandise and samples of Design Legacy (aka Legacy Trading Workroom, Legacy Trading Company, etc. etc.) on the store's Facebook page without giving the original designers (Kelly O'Steal couldn't design his way out of a wet paper bag) credit or royalties. IF YOU THINK UNETHICAL, IMMORAL BUSINESSES SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, PLEASE LET THIS STORE'S OWNER KNOW AT [protected]! Thank you for your help!

Dear Todd - Those circus and floral themed pillows you 'legitimately' bought at the Dallas Market? STOLEN DESIGNS! And you sold and promoted them through your store, The Barking Frog. Therefore - follow us here, you seem a little confused - you SOLD OUR STOLEN DESIGNS, illegally produced by your 'honest vendor' (and mentally deranged friend) Kelly 'I See, Therefore I Steal' O'Neal. Where in that equation are you absolved of the responsibility to not sell STOLEN DESIGNS AND MERCHANDISE? Why don't you get YOUR facts straight before professing to be an honest businessman, instead of the criminal-supporting dupe you are?

To be clear, The Barking Frog IS NOT actively promoting and selling designs and merchandise stolen from hard-working artists in the Dallas area! The Barking Frog DOES NOT associate with or plan to associate with Kelly O'Neal now or anytime in the future. The Barking Frog purchases its product from well known vendors at markets in Dallas, Las Vegas and High Point. Somewhere along the line our store has been thrown into the madness surrounding Kelly O'Neal and his companies. The only involvement The Barking Frog has ever had in the past with "Design Legacy" was the purchase of a dozen "circus" and "floral" themed pillows. These items were purchased legitimately at the Dallas Market last summer. Anyone who wishes to contact Todd Slaughter or The Barking Frog is welcome to do so but please use the correct email, todd@barknfrog.com or the correct phone number 409.763.3764, the phone number listed in the complaint 409.515.0661 belongs to Design Solutions. See how easy it is to get all the facts twisted and wrong! Listing names and businesses in this manner is malicious and just wrong, it is probably borderline slander. Especially asking people to boycott a store when you don't have your facts correct. You are not the only "hardworking, honest" people out there. Many of us work hard everyday for what we have and in these economic times it is even harder. I sympathize with your situation but have nothing to do with how you got there.
