The Alpine Group My management company came into my crib without asking me first

My management company came into my crib without asking me first. I got it all in writing, yo. It wasn't an emergency and I didn't even ask for it. They ain't even trying to fix it like the law says they should. They also didn't give me no 24-hour notice, which is also in writing. They acting like they don't hear me though, like they ain't do nothing wrong. I got all the receipts in my email, but I can't upload them. Hit me up if you wanna see.

We got okayed for a crib with the deal that we gotta pay 50% more for the deposit cuz of our credit. They sent us the lease and all that jazz to get started on moving in. But then, a few hours later, they changed their mind and said no cuz of our credit. It seemed like they do this kinda thing all the time for other peeps with the bigger deposit deal.

We called them a bunch of times 'bout these issues and put 'em on our tenant portal. Ants were all over the place on 8/31, shed was moldy on 9/1, screen door was busted on 8/24, front door weather stripping was messed up on 12/31, heater wasn't working and it was cold as heck on 1/26 (we paid $300 for it, but it's from the 70's), back fence was falling apart with rusty nails on 4/24, and water was leaking from the ceiling through the wood stove on 6/15. Ain't none of these issues been fixed yet, even though we've been calling 'em up to this date on 6/29. Some of these things are straight up safety issues for our family. They also asked us to sign a new lease 3 months before our old one was up. They keep saying they'll call us back, but they never do. So we need help figuring out what to do 'bout these issues.
