The A Team Appliance Repair review: Washing machine

June 12th MS/MANI came to repair my washing machine which had stopped working. He said he had to order 2 parts and it would take 5 to 7 days for them to come in. A week later he came out to install them. Apparently, one of the parts was faulty and he said he had to order another one which will take another 5 to 7 days. We have not seen him since. The week he was suppose to come I was told the part he received was faulty and another one has to be ordered. A week later he was to come out and I received a call that he was sick and wouldn't be here until Wednesday. It's been 3 weeks! This doesn't even make sense what is going on here. I paid $473.78 on his first visit and I still owe $168.69. I told them I want my money back. The girl put me on hold and then came back and told me she can give me $5.00. What a joke! It will be interesting to see if he comes on Wednesday!
