The A Team Appliance Repair review: Don't use! This company is a sham

had an advisor out to our home to repair dryer- quoted $80, charged $260 on site.
advisor ordered parts for $510, which we placed a cancelation on, following the plug repair as the parts were now deemed unnecessary.

refund has not been processed to date. Called 4 weeks now in a row to speak to leadership, demanding our refund processed, to no avail. The admin at the office, let us know the accounts payable dept (sham) will be in touch. They call you once they process the refund. (4 weeks later and no call).
$600 was charged (labour and the parts deposit) and continue to wait for refund.
