Never again
They canceled my appointment with 20 minutes notice even though I had taken time off from work. No technician was available even though I had received an appointment confirmation by email. The company rescheduled me for an appointment 7 days later. That said, I could not cancel this second appointment within 24 hours. $150, later, I recommend you call elsewhere.

Do not use to repair LG Fridges
Do not use them to repair LG fridges. They do not have access to the parts. You must call LG. Take it from me who was taken advantage of by them. They can only diagnose. When you call, they will say that they do service LG but do not mention that they can't get the parts from LG. They came over and only diagnosed that the compressed needed to be changed so you'll have to place another service call to LG. Why would I have you make a service call when you can't get a hold of the parts. I went to the BBB but no luck.
Recommendation: Never use them

I had a really bad experience with Maple Leaf (arepair.ca). I booked an appointment for Monday between 4-8.730, but they didn't show up. I tried calling them, but no one answered. So I requested a booking for the next day at the same time. I even called to confirm that we had an appointment, but they still didn't show up. This time, I called them again and they said sorry, your appointment is tomorrow. I was really frustrated because we got a confirmed email and we live an hour away from work. I even took half a day off work for this appointment, but no one came. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They don't seem to be local and they don't keep their appointments. I own a service and retail company myself, and I know how important it is to keep your appointments. So, I would suggest you look for another company to do your repairs.
