My Samsung oven stopped working on the June 15 and I called the repair team. The technician came on 16th and sat behind the oven for 30-minutes and informed me that the mother board costing $655 (with tax) needs replacement and left after charging $327.
While I was deciding to just buy a new oven, I watch repair videos on you tube. I found that due to a voltage fluctuation the oven had entered a DEMO mode. I removed the DEMO mode, and the oven gave me an error C-20 which was for the temperature sensor. After opening the back cover, found that the technician had disconnected the temp sensor and hid the wire behind other cables.
I further found that he also disconnected other cable for the oven. I reconnected all and the oven is working fine.
I called the customer service at 866-840-9010 to file a complaint the technician, but the Appliance team refused to accept and apologize. Instead, they fully supported the technician.
It seems this company is involved in fraudulent activities only to rip the customers.
Recommendation: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - FRAUDULENT COMPANY
