I have a Samsung refrigerator that stops getting cold on the fridge side which is at the bottom. I call The A Team Appliance repair on September for the repair. The Tech came and troubleshoot. He told me the compressor is not working right, I need to change the compressor. He told me once the compressor is chaged the fridge will work again, That will cost me $2006.42. So I paid him the amount and expecting the parts will be ordered. Since then they keep sending different tech each time to troubleshoot and every time they find something else wrong and no parts have been ordered.
Yesterday the 19th November I call to get an update. But now they are sending another Tech. I'm not happy with the service and I want my money back.
