I recently paid over $700 for what turned out to be a relatively simple repair, including $325 for a drum kit. While the technician completed the job in less than 35 minutes, the charges felt excessive for both labor and parts. Additionally, the company only accepts debit payments, which felt inconvenient and unusual for a service provider of this kind.

What’s more concerning is that Appliance Repair is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and after my experience, I can understand why. While the repair itself seems functional, the overall experience left me feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. I would recommend exploring other options before committing to this service
