My blazer arrived in a bag, not a box, so it was a wrinkled mess. I steamed it, tried it on, and determined it was just simply poor quality and a bad fit. I sent it back, received acknowledgement of my return, and 6 weeks later, I still don't have a refund after repeated requests. I filed a claim with Affirm, the loan company I used at checkout, and that seems to be progressing albeit slowly. TA says they can't issue a refund now that that process has been started. Huh? Stay away - lots better online clothing retailers out there with stellar customer service unlike this one.
Recommendation: STAY AWAY
I purchased 2 pairs of shorts! Same shorts but two different colors. Sent one pair back the day after I received because I actually did not like the color in person. I have called 3 times for my refund! All 3 customer reps say they have received my shorts as of May 8th. It is June 24th and I spent $20 returning these shorts and can not get anyone to refund these shorts. They have an excuse every time I call. This is horrible customer service and I am going to keep calling and keep writing reviews until I get my money back. Susan Moore
