Tenengroup review: Myka failed to deliver on guaranteed shipping – still no item, no refund

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with **MYKA**. I paid extra for **expedited shipping** because their website clearly stated that the item was **guaranteed to arrive before Mother’s Day**. That promise was the only reason I placed the order.

As of today, the item still hasn’t arrived, and MYKA has refused to issue a full refund for the purchase or the shipping cost. Instead, they offered a generic apology video and a “free gift”—which doesn’t make up for missing such an important occasion.

Now I’ve had to spend even more money to find a last-minute replacement gift. MYKA completely **failed to meet their delivery guarantee**, and their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice if you're counting on timely delivery or reliable support.
