This is what they told me after they took my money! They said, "Hey, just wanted to let you know that we couldn't find the unlock code for your imei number in our regular database. But don't worry, we've sent it to our premium database to get the code. It'll be cleared soon, and we'll definitely keep you updated.

While you wait, please double-check the locked network and imei number of your phone. Sometimes, the main reason for not finding the code is because of incorrect order information. Thanks!"
