I have been living in my home for 40 years and Tedford has been my go to garage door company from day one. Service has always been great over the years. I arranged for a service and yesterday the tech arrived and I questioned him about the life and reliability of original wood door system. Received the proper answers and polite sevice that a new metal door and motor was ordered during the visit. Very happy with Tedford.

It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at Tedford Doors from the receptionist, manager and installer. I felt heard, from every employee I had contact with. I am very happy with the results. The technician, Matt, was on time, did a professional installation in such a timely way. Asked me if I had any questions for him, answered my questions. My garage door was installed 2 days before Christmas. It was a wonderful Christmas gift. Thanks everyone.

Our garage door was getting quite noisy (relatively) with nylon rollers. As well, the sensor was acting erratically. Tedford responded to our call for remedial and maintenance service quickly and efficiently. They resolved both issues promptly. Additionally, they checked out the motor and the spring. The motor is fine; we chose to replace the spring after fifteen years of use. We feel comfortable with the reliability of the entire system for the foreseeable future.

The service from Tedford Overhead Doors & Gates was prompt and efficient. The day before the appointment, the appointment was confirmed and the day of the appointment I was advised by text that service was on the way. The service was completed promptly, the condition of the garage door was explained, and the details of the service were fully enumerated for me. Tedford is prompt in service. Communicates with text and emails to confirm the service and the time of arrival of the Service man. Communicates in advance the name of the serviceman and bit of his credentials. There is reacting system of the arrival of the service vehicle. We had Jason to service our garage door. Very efficient, fast, clean job. He is knowledgeable and explained well of what he is going to do and what should I do to maintain the working of the door. Jason is amazing.

I called Tedford at about 2 pm with an emergency as our door was stuck open. The person that answered the phone was fantastic and booked us a technician for that afternoon with a great attitude and thanked me for choosing to call their business. The technician that came (Jason Smith) was professional, friendly, informative, efficient and provided quality work. There's no doubt that we will use Tedford for all our garage door needs in the future and would highly recommend using them!

Amazing service! We just had our garage door installed and are very happy with the outcome. The entire experience has been hassle free. The sales team were very knowledgeable in guiding us through the different configurations, designs and specs. Installation was quick and efficient. The best customer service I have received by any contracting company. Called Tuesday, Estimate done on Thursday, installed by Friday (lucky enough they had a garage door in stock that fit mine) There update by text message system is fantastic. They send you a link to track where your technician is so you can find out the exact time he will be arriving. Friendly and courteous technicians throughout the company. There is a reason these guys are as good as they come. I can't thank James and the crew (Matt, Brian, Ashleigh in reception) at Tedford doors enough for the amazing service. Right from my first contact with the office, I was impressed with the friendly and efficient response to the problem I was having with my garage door. Notice of when the service appointment and who the technician would be was impressive. The technician arrived at the time designated, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustments and serviced the door. He suggested I consider replacing the rollers (which were quite old) to improve the functioning of the door and reduce the noise. After he gave me a quote on price and time and without any feeling of 'sales pressure', I asked for the improvement. The technician was efficient, completed the change and the servicing in a very short time and left me feeling extremely positive with the experience. I would highly recommend Tedford Overhead Doors with confidence.

32 years ago we had Tedford installed two garage doors one garage door opener for which they have provided exceptional service all these years. The garage doors are still in great shape and the garage door opener was working fine but a little noisy. During a recent follow-up service call letting us know they would be in our neighborhood, we booked for today. Coleman arrived on time early this morning, showing us (on his tablet) the options available, including pricing for a second garage door opener. We chose and Coleman installed two Wall Mount openers with smartphone capability, all done today, and we couldn't be more pleased. We're now set for many years of quiet door openings with great safety features. Coleman was friendly, knowledgeable and left the area spotless after installing the units. He gave a thorough explanation of how everything works and aptly answered our questions. The door controls are impressive.
