I have been doing business with Jackson and Sons for 25 years and have found all the service personnel pleasant, competent, professional and the company to be reliable and as good as their word. I highly recommend this company.

Called with a concern of a dead rodent in our vents. Within an hour a technician was here to check everything out and performed our routine maintenance while here. The technician was very thorough and gave us recommendations to prevent future problems.

I've had Jackson & Sons handle my bi-annual maintenance for 16 years. Their technicians are prompt, courteous, and depending on how talkative they are, will tell you all you want to know about your HVAC. I've always had dependable service from them, and appointments are easy to schedule.

Jackson & Sons came and was very professional for our regular service call. The job was done well, and he wore shoe protection to help keep any dirt from the house. We have used Jackson and Sons for 6 months now, and even needed an emergency call out on Thanksgiving. They were fast and professional even then!

We woke up to our AC not working this morning and after trying to narrow down the cause we decided to call Jackson and Sons. They were out to our house within an hour and half of being called. The tech, [insert technician's name], was polite, worked diligently, was informative and answered all of my questions, he worked quickly and resolved our issue.

Have used for over 10 years. Service cost is a bit high but you can count on them to be on time and show up when they are scheduled. The tech are knowledgeable and always polite and willing to answer questions. Work is excellent and rarely have I had to call them back to fix something. I recommend the company to my friends often.

Always fantastic service! The technicians from Jackson & Sons came, diagnosed the problem and went to work finding the part we needed! It was not in stock, so they had it overnighted. Came back within 48hrs and made the repairs! He also realized that the parts were still under warranty and made sure we got the best price! Just a wonderful company, and lovely people work there!

I've been having HVAC issues for a year before I called Jackson & Sons. They were able to make a next day appointment and the technician, John Smith, was on time and friendly. He was polite, fast, and helped me finally solve every issue and question I had. The best part? The entire repair was half the cost I had anticipated. I should have called this team a year ago.

Jackson & Sons has been our go-to for HVAC for over 20 years. They have always come in a reasonable time frame even in their most busy seasons. They have always gone above and beyond to maintain our system & I've never felt that they were trying to taking advantage of me. We had them replace our HVAC system and when there was a problem they always took time to address any issues. Great customer service never disappoints.

I have one of those new-fangled thermostats that are way above my intellectual ability to understand. My HVAC system was serviced a few days ago and the thermostat didn't seem to be working properly since. I called and a service technician who was a few miles away was promptly dispatched to my home to check it out. Jackson & Sons was amazing and got me on the way to being cool and comfy in no time at all! I couldn't have asked for better service!

I had your company do Maintainance on my 3 systems till last visit in feb 2020, yet in May one system malfunctioned due to blocked drain line ( which is unusual to happen in 3 months period) then u fixed it , then in June when I called to have service call to check ductwork ( had to pay service call ) you then find out and inform me of " collapsed duct underneath the house" no way it happened in less than 1-2 years Where were you checking every time u came for service or check up? To me this is lousy job I will have to find another company for AC service, this is unreliable service to me, I can't trust

Jackson and Sons Residential Comfort Advisor was punctual and professional in giving us a complete proposal to install a Mini-Split system. We were scheduled for installation very quickly and the system was delivered promptly.

The comfort advisor and technicians were already on-site and waiting for the delivery, and the electricians from Jackson Electric were already running electrical service from the panel. Installation was done very professionally and workers cleaned up after installation was complete.

Our A/C unit was absolutely in dire need of service. It had never been cleaned because our previous service provider never showed up to do the service so we just never got around to signing another contract with another company. Needless to say our unit was VERY dirty both inside and out causing it to not function as efficiently as it once had. Jackson & Sons had come out and fixed an issue with my A/C unit the previous week and did such an amazing job that I signed a service contract with them to provide maintenance service. They told me somebody would be calling to set up a service visit and that they would call before arriving. They set up the appointment for less than a week after their initial visit and true to form, they called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician showed up on time, was professional, wore shoe covers when he came into the house and was extremely nice and polite and answered all my questions. Because our A/C unit was so dirty, it took extra time to clean and get it right but the technician did not complain or ever act like he didn't want to be there or had better things to do. He was focused on our job and saw it through to completion. He was extremely professional and did an outstanding job! Our A/C is working better than ever thanks to Jackson & Sons. I highly recommend everybody who has HVAC needs to give Jackson & Sons a call. The best company I have done business with, period!
