Legacy Restoration replaced our roof. The entire process was seamless and simple. Our rep Josh walked me through the entire process without missing a thing. From selection to dealing with insurance claim the process was top-notch and speedy. Josh and the Legacy team took care of everything so I was not consumed with the process. Neighbors recently replaced their roof but doesn't look as nice as ours because Legacy paid attention to little details that made an aesthetic difference. After installation the crew clean-up was spotless as if they weren't there. Will use them for siding replacement and highly recommend Legacy Restoration

Legacy Sales Rep Josh E took the time to walk us through the claim process, he even contacted our insurance company with us on the line. He made the whole process smooth, understandable and painless. He rates a 5 star review for his dedication and communications. Jim R monitored the second part of our claim when it seemed bogged down with the insurance company. Without him we would never have made it through the claim process. He too rates a 5 star review for exceptional customer service and the tenacity of his follow through. We would definitely recommend Legacy Restoration! They recently did a roofing project for us. Our service representative, Justin Wenzel, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. David *** helped in the initial inspection and dealt with the insurance company which made things so easy for us. The company had excellent communications with us. Joyel *** was very efficient and contacted us by text, voice mail and email. Michael *** and his crew were efficient, did an outstanding job and completed the entire roofing project in one day. We've had many excellent comments on how nice our roof looks and the city inspector who checked the roof commented that it was well done. Thank you, Legacy!

Legacy Restoration, they were on top of things from beginning to end! They came by and informed us that we may have hail damage! They asked permission to inspect the outside of our house! We said sure! They found window and roof damage! So they asked if they could inspect farther with their experts! We said sure! Upon farther inspection they told us that we could get new windows and roof and they could do these for us! We told them to go ahead! They walked us thru the whole experience before they did it! Their employees answered all our questions, kept us calm when materials were slow in coming due to covid and when the insurance was slow to go! Their crew members were fast and efficient and courteous! All in all it was a wonderful experience!

As the HOA President and representative of Meadow's Edge Townhomes, I want to show our appreciation to Legacy Restoration. It was truly a team effort from Brandon Topel, Field Supervisor working with the insurance adjustor, Karen the supply coordinator who was able to provide roofing material for our six buildings, pulling from three suppliers. Also, Eric Dahlberg, Job Supervisor worked with three hard working crew to provide us great roofs. All this was completed with a time constraint, requiring a completion date of December 1st. so a master insurance policy could be obtained only if there was no open claim. This deadline was met and followed up this Spring to make sure our roofs were properly sealed. Thank you Legacy much appreciation for a job well done.

I want to thank Leagacy for helping us out big time, they were able to have our project in, in no time thanks to Antony B. He was an amazing help throughout the whole process from start to finish he was very friendly, and a great person to work along with, he was able to update me asap on every steps of the process; and I am thankful for all of his hard work and effort he put into our project. I also want to give a shout-out to the two people who allowed a smooth process during the execution of the project, Jasmine B and Eric D. They did a great job of communicating to me, start to finish where they were at in the projects process. Overall I am happy and extremely satisfied with the work done by every individual who helped out in a he process. At the end of the day I would 100% recommend Legacy to a fellow friend or co-worker.

My wife and I have had a "5 Star" Experience with Legacy Restoration! From my very first phone call, I have been impressed with the professionalism they have shown. I was very impressed with the communication received from all parties involved with the project. Rob, our Service Representative, has been so easy to work with and always was receptive to our questions and keeping us up to date on the project. And after phases of the project were completed, I received a phone call and/or email from Veronica, the Customer Care Specialist. She was eager to find out how things were progressing after each phase. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the work crews. They did great work and cleaned everything up to the point where you couldn't tell at all that anyone had even been doing work on the house. What they did leave behind was a quality product. Working with Legacy Construction has been painless and super easy! I would recommend the company without any hesitation!

Want to thank Legacy Restoration, LLC Team for all the help and assistance with developing and implementing a plan to re-roof our large senior living facility that has a 22 year (original) old roof. Tim Farrand of Legacy Restoration was our point person. Tim is very knowledgeable regarding what is needed or what is not required for a large project of this type. As a +55 Senior Independent Living Coop we were looking for someone who could take on this project without the need for residents to be involved or having to worry themselves, and that was achieved. The communication between Legacy Restoration and our coop was exceptional, thorough and what was promised from the beginning. Legacy established a coordinated detailed time-line for the entire 9-day project that worked perfectly. The Legacy site people were here every day making sure issues were handled properly.which they were. Can't say enough about how satisfied our Coop is with Legacy's overall performance. I have been the board president of our HOA for almost 12 years and have a lot of experience with many different types of contractors. Tim Farrand and his team were absolutely fantastic. This is an all-inclusive service, and what a dream it is. The initial meetings and property assessment were low pressure. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I was guided through each step. The software and drone technology are really impressive. Tim is a great communicator and kept me apprised at all levels of the construction process. I never felt lost, and the moment I had a question, it was answered quickly, or there was already an email in my inbox addressing it. Legacy Restoration has thought of everything to make renovations and insurance claims as seamless as possible. They have teams with extensive experience and knowledge. I was impressed with their ability to help me with the master policy and private resident insurance claims and their excessive attention to detail. Having a site manager was especially helpful with the logistics of our small private drive and for personalized service for each unit. The project supervisor from Legacy also was very helpful & thorough, reviewing the project in detail with us before starting the actual work. The insurance claim also included the water damage done to our Living/Dining Room ceiling - and that work will be done by an outside painting company. After the roof work was done, the Legacy supervisor met with the Village inspector to inspect the work - which passed with flying colors. Afterwards we experienced a lot of icicles and questioned Legacy about this, including a discussion with the Village inspector. Legacy was able to show that the ice prevention material they installed exceeded the requirements of the Village code, and that the Winter storm activity we experienced was unusually harsh. We more recently experienced some additional leakage in our Living/Dining Room around our fireplace chimney. The Legacy supervisor came out and applied some additional sealant, and also noticed that the chimney may be leaking through the masonry - so we are having a chimney mason take a look. The legacy supervisor also rates a 5 star review for exceptional customer service and the tenacity of his follow through. we never would have thought to file an insurance claim for this - and now have a new roof & some internal repairs totally due to Braden & Legacy. Many thanks to the Legacy team for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to family & friends.
