Sanford Granite is hands down the absolute best. From start to finish their professionalism and quality of service can not be beat. Aaliyah reached out to me first and was responsive to all our questions and concerns. The installers came in time and did an amazing job throughout the installation. We are in love with our new kitchen counter. I ah e referred them to several people already. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Branding was my project manager and I got to say she is the best of the best great communication , great respond time when it comes to asking questions does not hesitate she knows what she is talking about and always a pleasure to speak too. She will be helping me with my second project as well 💕 . Also she has a great personality definitely Want to point that out about her it's hard to find great customers services these days but by far the best I had with Sandford Granite.

This company needs to communicate better with customer. The work was fine the project manager was great. I had a small issue and resolved it myself, the workers were in a huge hurry and never communicated with me threw my old sink on the side of my house if they would have let me know then I would have told them to put it in my garage I do love my counters, the person in charge of the workers I was not satisfied with him at all the project manager had a hard time getting response from him.

I just renovated my kitchen and used Sandford Granite. Brandie was my Project Manager, She was on top of things, efficient, answered all my calls and was very good at her job. The time line she gave me was on point and even faster than I expected. Everyone that the company sent, from the contractor to cut down my bar top (Jairo), to the person that made the template (Italo) were great and very professional. The kitchen turned out beautiful! I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

I just had my kitchen cabinets countertops re-done by Sanford Granite, and they came out beautifully. Jose ***, my project manager, worked with me throughout the process and communicated superbly. I had to change my granite selection several times and Jose did not even blink once on my changes. Anytime I needed to get in contact with Jose it was a breeze, if I had to leave a message, he would get back with me within a few minutes, he was even available on most Saturdays. Jose thanks for the outstanding job.

I had an amazing experience with Sanford Granite! Brandie was my main contact, and she kept me in the loop with everything. I had lots of questions, and each time I emailed her, I received a prompt reply. She suggested several places for us to go look at slabs, and we found the perfect one at the first place we went to. The template appointment and follow up mapping appointment went smoothly. The installation was done quickly and the installers did a perfect job. My husband and I are very happy with our new countertops and would highly recommend Sanford Granite!

Top notch customer service! They really did go above and beyond to help me find the perfect countertop for my dream kitchen and knocked this out of the park! We were on a tight deadline and SG stepped up to the plate and got it done right on time. The installers were quick and very professional! They paid attention to every detail. The fabricator did a perfect job at capturing the best parts of the stone for the most highly visible areas. We couldn't be happier with the entire service! From pre-stone selection and guidance, to arranging template, fabrication, install and follow up, Sanford Granite definitely brought their A-game! I would highly recommend!

I put out a request for installation of quartz countertops as part of a total kitchen remodel on my new home. I received several quotes and after evaluating the proposals of three of the top companies in the area, checking their reputation onlne through multiple sources, I made the decision to go with Sanford Granite even though they were not the lowest price. My project manager, Sakina, did not disappoint me. She communicated with me at every step of the process. Paul and Shawn capped everything beautifully with an expert installation. The result exceeded my expectations. Quality and professionalism clearly matter at Sanford Graniote. Thank you to a great team.

Excellent work from start to finish, they work very efficiently, I recommend talking to project manager Brandie:) she is quick and found some very nice granite that matched exactly what I was looking for in color and price, she sent me a great selection of affordable material..much better than another company I had checked with, the measuring template was done quickly and my granite counters were ready and installed in about a week..amazingly fast and they look great, I am a realtor and installing the granite is the best upgrade I recommend to improve your houses value, I will be calling again for my next flip house, great job..thank you for making me more money:)

Great experience! They worked with us from start to finish. Answered questions honestly and quickly. When WE had to delay the project while we waited on a sink to be delivered, they simply put our project on hold without any issues. The initial estimate was very close to actual cost. The person who came out to do the template was very through and involved us in the process. We felt we were able to give input and really get what we wanted. He was also willing to give advice to help with our decisions. The installers arrived as scheduled and were again, very through. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything lined up and was square. Highly recommended this company.

I couldn't be any happier with my experience with Sanford Granite. After getting a ridiculous quote with someone else, I hopped in my car and drove over to Sanford where I was lucky enough to meet Mimi. She was great, I picked out the countertop I wanted and she assured me I'd receive an estimate that day. 10 minutes after I left she called me with an Amazing estimate I couldn't refuse. Even after me second guessing my choice and meeting her again, she couldn't be more pleasant eager to help me find the perfect countertop. Within 3 weeks of my initial visit, I have these beautiful quartz countertops installed in my kitchen. Everyone involved has been great! Thank you Mimi, if I could give you 10 stars I would!

I absolutely loved working with everyone at Sanford Granite, especially Sakina! As I embarked on the task of remodeling our kitchen, I had no idea how difficult it would be to find a slab large enough for our island. After traveling to several granite yards and calling Sanford Granite multiple times for advice, Sakina reached out to let me know she found a quartz slab for us that she thought might work. She was absolutely right. It was perfect! Within one week, our new countertops were installed. Sakina and the entire "crew" at Sanford Granite could not have been more courteous, and helpful. Their installers did a superb job as well. Undertaking a remodel is often a stressful endeavor. However, Sakina and her co-workers helped to make our project more pleasant than I could have imagined with stunning results as an added bonus. I would highly recommend Sanford Granite to anyone in need of this service. And when you call, you should ask for Sakina and say "hi"

What a fabulous group of people to work with at Sanford Granite, we dealt mainly with Brandie who is an absolute delight to work with and our limited dealings with Glorimar and Sakina were great. From our first contact with Brandie through the process of arranging the template, being advised of good local granite suppliers to visit, the final quote and installation, there was never once where I did not know where we were in the process and what would happen next and when. On occasions when I called their office and spoke with another person, they also knew exactly where we were in the process. The communication by email and telephone from them was exceptional, the installation schedule came in ahead of when first quoted and the installers were prompt, courteous, extremely respectful of our cabinetry and carried out a good clean up. The installation finished after normal working hours but Brandie follow up first thing the next morning to confirm all went well. My wife and I are delighted with how our kitchen now looks, our five star recommendation for this company is should be higher.

Sanford Granite, Inc? WOW! The best customer service and follow up with any company I have worked with in over 30 years in Central Florida. From picking out the granite at Granite Marble Gallery in Longwood on a Sunday, I received a call on Monday to get a quote for the initial Jack and Jill bathroom and seeing how much less all their pricing was compared to 2 other companies locally, I decided to purchase the full slab and added 2 kitchen countertops to the job. Sanford Granite's pricing included the template and fabrication, demolition (even a large mirror in the bathroom), installation, and all the bells and whistles for almost 1/4 less than the competitors for 1/2 a slab and only the bathroom countertop, no demolition included. The template was made last Friday and the demolition and installation are happening THIS Friday, only a week later. I have my daughter's bridal shower at my home on August 1st and did not think this job could be completed before the shower to have a BRAND NEW bathroom and kitchen counters to show off. I could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Sanford Granite, Inc to anyone looking to improve their home and update existing and outdated spaces in your home.

I worked with Lisandra at Sanford Granite in May to upgrade the countertops in my kitchen.

I had previously been to *** and *** and they seemed a bit expensive and I didn't want to pick a new kitchen countertop based on the small sample of material in store. I found Sanford Granite on google maps, they are in a great location and had a lot of good reviews so I took a drive there.

I met with Lisandra without any appointment on a Saturday afternoon and I got a couple of quotes for Granite and Quartz. I then proceeded to visit 5 more companies around the Sanford/Longwood/Orlando area to get other estimates. Without a doubt the initial service and price from Sanford Granite was the best! Not to mention they're a local business that should be supported.

The process from start to finish was very easy, the communication from Lisandra was flawless she is incredibly responsive and very VERY patient. I wanted a specific look for the kitchen and it took me a long time and a lot of visits looking at different slabs to find what I wanted.

The installation was quick and easy, they did a perfect job and everyone loves the new countertops.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and when I need to do my bathrooms I will certainly use them again.

Sanford Granite was the most professional and helpful company I have worked with during my entire kitchen remodel. I chose to subcontract this service separately from my general contractor and this decision was the best one I made because I was able to use Sanford Granite and the results are amazing! They guided me through the entire process and provided detailed communication and expectations the entire process from start to finish. I worked with Sakina but from speaking with others at the company I believe that the company follows suit with Sakina's professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. I have already reached out to others who I know may need countertop services and would refer Sanford Granite to them all. In addition their fabricator was AMAZING. He is patient and focused on the details. The company even came back out to verify a concern I had without any charge because they wanted my install process to be smooth and meet my expectations. 100% I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right and have an enjoyable experience. (not something you can ofter get in the construction industry). Also the turn around times were exactly as promised and they were always on time for appts and if there was any delays I was notified immediately. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!
