I have been purchasing for many years and have come to the conclusion their business model is to defraud hard working honest businesses and individuals.

TechLiquidators is owned by Best Buy and managed by the largest fraud company Optoro. They market completely destroyed electronics and products (need to be recycled by law) as "Used Like New".

For their uninspected and salvage conditions: I have regularly received very short orders, 20 - 30 units less on average. Also, major bait and switch. For example, I recently ordered a lot of salvage game consoles. Part of the order they swapped out the advertised Xbox Series S units with lower older Xbox One models completely destroyed and repair already attempted/failed.

When you open a claim with full evidence, their customer service team will run you in circles. They pass the claim around to eachother and claim they are all supervisors. They are professionally trained to manipulate and make you give up trying to get anything resolved fairly. After playing games for a week, they will offer you 1/10th of the value of the bait and switched items they purposely sent you, so no real reimbursement or replacement just theft.

For Used working products that are purposely sent damaged such as bad lcd on cell phones and bad HDMI ports or power failure on game consoles, they will send you a return label. Once they receive it, they will reply and tell you that the units are advertised and in working condition and that the units are being sent back to you. Even if you record the clear indescrepencies they will pin it back to you somehow and not reimburse you for their faults.

Please be advised that TechLiquidators and Optoro (BULQ.com) are openly committing fraud. Class action suit is coming.

Claimed loss: Thousands of dollars over the years. Most recent order $800 alone.

Desired outcome: Legal proceedings.
