Despite repeated requests to your showroom, I have not yet received the updation kit. Due to this delay, the vehicle door is getting badly affected, which is causing inconvenience and concern.
I kindly request you to inform the concerned person and arrange to attend to this issue immediately. Please treat this matter as urgent and ensure that the updation kit is provided and the problem is resolved at the earliest.
