Subject: Complaint – Poor Repair Quality, Delay in Delivery & Missing Challan | Invoice No. IPERIE2526000219
Dear Sir,
The vehicle is registered in the name of my daughter Mrs. Shivangi Jain. I got the accidental repair work done from Jasper Industry Pvt. Ltd., Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, and the vehicle was delivered against Invoice No. IPERIE2526000219.
However, I am highly disappointed to report that the car was delivered with multiple unresolved issues, as detailed below:
1.Vehicle pulling towards left side
2.Windshield replaced but wiper blades were not checked – wipers are making abnormal noise
3.Dry cleaning charges were added without my consent, and even then the vehicle was not properly cleaned
3.AC is not working
Several other issues were also noticed after delivery.
When I raised these concerns, I was asked to send the vehicle again for rectification. Due to my professional commitments, it was not possible for me to remain without a vehicle. As compensation, I was given an EV Tiago, but that vehicle was also not properly supported (charging issue at EV station). Later, the workshop picked up the vehicle.
Since then, I have been given daily commitments for delivery, but I am disappointed to state that there is no proper response or clarity from the workshop.
Additionally, I have also received a traffic challan of Rs. 1000, which indicates the vehicle was being used/mishandled while in workshop custody. This is completely unacceptable.
I have been using Tata vehicles since 2003, and I am shocked that such poor service is damaging the credibility of an otherwise good product.
I request immediate action on priority:
Immediate delivery of my vehicle in proper working condition
Written confirmation of all repairs done
Refund/adjustment of wrong charges (dry cleaning)
Compensation for delay, inconvenience and challan amount
Assurance that the vehicle was not misused again
Kindly treat this as urgent.
