Subject: Delay in Car Repairing and Unavailability of Spare Parts & Request for Compensation or Loaner Car Due to Delay in Repairing & misbehave by staff Mr. Ravi Prajapati.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delay in repairing my car, which was brought to your service center on Progressive Auto care who is also Dealer of Tata Motors In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Despite multiple follow-ups, the repair work has been delayed due to the unavailability of spare parts. We choose our Home making company , So that in every part of India , spare parts can available easily and we get promptly service. But the scenario is reverse. Except Home Making company , All outsider company give prompt and easy accessible of spare parts and service.
Second, Tata Motors is known for best customer service but here also, On asking Service Supervisor Mr. Ravi Prajapati who is working into Progressive Auto care, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, answer rudely by saying this" spare parts not available and put your car here for five to six days because how can you drive a car without Ac ( actually i have put my car for repairing of non working of Air condition). Than he gave me second option by saying that "Take away Your Car when i inform you than come to me". WOW... What a Customer Service.. Somewhere there is belief that customer is saying lie to just satisfy their ego, So that i am attaching proof here with. And here to i want to add that it is totally waste to complain any of staff of Progressive Auto care, Because they took no action against him. This is not first time this thing happen to me, But if your goodself check my records & History than you come to know about how prompt they are!
I am writing regarding the delay in repairing my Car Model No- HARRIER XZA+2.0L KRYOTEC BSVI, Registration Number- GJ01WD3231, which was brought to your service center at Progressive Auto care. Unfortunately, the repair process has been significantly delayed due to the unavailability of spare parts and misbehave by staff is non tolerable.

Ground Floor, opposite Brooklyn Tower, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054
Given the prolonged delay, I kindly request:
1. Compensation for the inconvenience caused
2. A loaner car for the duration of the repair
This would greatly assist me in managing my daily commute while my car is being repaired.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to expedite the repair process & Against Mr. Ravi Prajapati.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
