I agreed to 3 x $33.00 AUD payments for, what I was led to believe, a daily guide for the next 12 months. I received a general month by month reading. I then received an email stating that to have some sort of cleansing ceremony to get rid of all negative energy etc. and that this would cost me $399 AUD. I became suspicious and decided to do a little bit of research (yes, I know I should have done this in the first place...but didn't) and came across a number of sites where people had similar experience as my own with this "Medium". The letters all had the same format, slant, messages, text as the email I had received. I decided to contact my Bank and Cancel my Credit Card. The person I spoke to in "lost and stolen cards" (the most appropriate people to ring in this instance) did research on the phone as I spoke (they obviously have some data base that the rest of us don't) and advised me that TARA MEDIUM has scammed over $34 Million Dollars ! Thought this may be beneficial to share.

I found out this was a scam by copying the text of one of the highlighted links in the email. Went back to my search engine and typed "Tara medium" and paste the link I copied, then hit search! Sure enough, my results had shown a post from 2011, someone who'd received the exact email from Tara Medium. Word for word. The only wording that was different, were the names. Afterwards, I used the same technique on a few other emails I'd gotten. Same thing! This is a major scam and I would not recommend any one to be fooled by this website. Dont believe me? Do what I did and you will find out for yourself.

I have just received my FREE email that is supposed to take 48 hours to receive. I read it and i was laughing my butt off. The information this "Tara" has is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. There was NO WAY on this earth i was going to part with any amount of money, not as much as a penny. My free reading kept saying my luck will change on the 27th of August this year. Every conscious being tends to look forward, to make plans, to endeavour to create a present that is an improvement on the current present situation. This is something that is hardwired into conscious beings through the ancient process that brought us to this present moment, Evolution. It is hard wired into the psychological makeup of most conscious beings to endeavour, to try, to attempt, to create. This is the process of evolution itself! Through the development of consciousness, evolution has become self-evident, and through conscious awareness, evolution now works through each aware being, striving for equilibrium in a world of uncertainty. Unfortunately, it is easy for consciousness to fall under the spell of superstition. Because of the way that our society has evolved, and because of the path of materialism that the Human race has embarked upon, there are unscrupulous individuals and organisations that that advantage of the desire of conscious beings to resolve their present problems by attempting to fool them into believing that they can see the Future, influence the future favourably etc. Unfortunately, it is very easy to see that if anyone had such an ability, they would be able to create their own wealth, and they wouldn't attempt to extort money from the vulnerable by claiming some secret power over the "Future". We are all moving ever onward in the Now. The present is all that exists. The past is only a relic of memory, of books, tails and legends.
The future however, is something that is created moment by moment, through the choices of each individual conscious being. Self-awareness is the gift, and the burden of a conscious being. It should never, ever be taken for granted, nor taken advantage of.
Taking advantage of another conscious being through manipulation is the very definition of Evil.
If you offer services free then the least you could do is supply them, never matter how small. I was offered a free reading but could not enter the site to read it. I would like to have faith and think this was a mistake, but on finding these complaints I find this rather doutfull. I like to keep an open mind on things. but there seems to be to much of this kind of thing hppening these days. I feel that this is playing on peoples insecurities and emotions... I got a free reading from Tara, and then I got told repeatedly that my life would suck until I gave her alot of money that I couldn't afford and that only with her help would I get out of a terrible space that I'm stuck in...
I gave her $99 on hope and faith that she had something and I found out it was a scam. We all need help and support at different times of different kinds. We need to develop support systems and social networks ect. there is no quick fix for anyone. We all have challenges of some kind and its up to us to alter our lives.
