The fact is that I would be dead right now if I would have listened to Alexis Drayton. She is a nurse, not a doctor, and should not be functioning as a PCP. No one can honestly say that is not true. That is a fact. I provided proof that she didn’t document what happened in the appointment correctly. She documented the appointment in a way that no matter what she is covering herself no matter what happens to a patient. During the first appointment she refused to look at my foot saying it would be too much work for her. During the second appointment she dismissed me reporting serious issues, knowing I was post-op. You all are excusing her behavior because of how she falsely documented what actually happened during the appointment. Dismissing me because it is easier for you all is unacceptable. I am still demanding to speak with the internal medical review board. I do not believe they were actually provided with all of the proof I sent you. I sent this proof on November 5, 2025, and I never received a response, not even confirmation that you received this information. There is absolutely no way you would keep Alexis Drayton employed as a PCP if you did an actual full review and took me and my near death seriously. I do not believe the review board actually was provided with all of the evidence. I have spoken to SEVERAL medical professionals and they all agree that Alexis Drayton was negligent. I don’t care if a review is internal.
Alexis Drayton is the one who created the issue. Me telling the truth isn’t creating the issue. But again, you choose to punish me as the patient. I never had issues going to the Tampa Palms location for blood work. I have never shown any violent behavior, but you all are choosing to ban me from getting blood work at that location, despite it being closest to me, because you are choosing to protect only the person who nearly killed me, instead of listening to the truth about what Alexis Drayton did. You can see that I was at that location multiple times for blood work since October 2025, and you have cameras. You can see I never showed any aggression or inappropriate behavior, so you are choosing to punish me despite her nearly killing me. Your decision is unacceptable and honestly it is disgusting. Plus it still isn’t acceptable that a blood work appointment was just cancelled without a phone call. That is extremely unprofessional.
The medical director at the TGH Tampa Palms office called this past Tuesday and did nothing. All he did was give the excuse that Alexis Drayton’s notes from my visits didn’t show any negligence, despite me providing proof that her notes were not accurate. Also, when he called, his voice was shaking throughout the entire conversation, and I kept having to tell him to let me finish what I was saying.
Desired outcome: Alexis Drayton should not be working as a PCP. She is a nurse, not a doctor.
