Lag ruined my trades after strong profits — poor support and denial from Take Profit Trader
I had multiple $1,000+ profit days with Take Profit Trader before the October 20, 2025 trading session, when I suddenly experienced major chart lag and delayed order executions. Prices froze and filled seconds late, completely throwing off my trades.
I reported the issue immediately — they reviewed the logs but denied any delays and offered no help or reset. The customer service response was robotic and dismissive, with zero accountability despite a widespread AWS outage affecting trading platforms that same day.
It’s frustrating to see profits wiped out because of platform issues, then be told everything “looked normal.” If you’re choosing a prop firm, Topstep is a far better option — smoother execution, better communication, and real support when problems happen.
Avoid Take Profit Trader. They’ll take your money, deny the obvious, and leave you hanging when their system lags.

I am having the same issues as the person above.
Reached out to customer service and they have 0 idea what I am explaining and talking about. Did the usual review of the logs and said everything was fine. It is NOT fine. When I try and enter trades, there are lags from milliseconds to a few seconds. Caused delayed fills, delayed exits and obviously losing money. Absolutely trash.
They call this customer service? These are some of the worst customer service agents I have talked to in any industry. Just absolute trash.
