I gotta say, I'm pretty *** surprised. The process of takin' it to the UPS store was fairly easy. The employee at the UPS store had never done this and the directions given with the QR code were very easy to follow. I received the offer text while I was standin' there. I then received a text statin' within 10 to 20 minutes I would receive the barcode to pick up the money at Walmart. I would be a liar if I didn't say those 15 minutes waitin' weren't nerve-rackin'. But just as the text said, I received the barcode to pick up in text and an email. I simply went to the Walmart money center. The cashier there had never done this before either but didn't take long to figure out what they had to do. Which was select that I was receivin' money and they then scan the barcode. I then received the cash in hand. The entire process took about 35 minutes from start to finish. They definitely pay more than Eco ATM. I will definitely be usin' MLG cash again.

This thing happened on 11/20/2022. I signed up online to sell my phone they gave me an offer. I brought it into the *** Store everything seemed fine. *** Store took my phone. I got a text and email about payment confirmation in 10 to 20 minutes and that was it. never got payment email or text with the barcode so no way to ever get paid at *** tried calling the support number and emailing the support email both numerous times with no response as of yet. And I doubt I'll get one. So basically they'll be getting my iPhone 12 Pro from *** and I in turb will never get paid for the phone at this point.

Absolutely horrible service. I received a money gram that didn't work. I called the customer support hotline to change the payment method to the other option the "company" offers. They told me to hang up and email support, and they would reissue the payment using the second option for me. So I did, but I haven't heard back from them. I called "support" again, and the same guy answered and told me the same thing. I informed him that I already emailed and didn't receive a response. He told me he'll check later, but still no response. This is a scam, don't use this service. They claim immediate payout for phones after verification, but it's been 3 days since my device was verified and still no payment. I should have just sold my device on the marketplace.

The website says "sell your phone online, have it inspected by a *** store and receive a code to get paid through Paypal or *** Cash." When you start your paperwork, the first thing you see is PayPal suspended. That needs to be removed from advertising. So does "get paid instantly-no waiting" that is also a lie. Then you have to give *** the phones and get your tracking number. You get an email that says you will receive a bar code in 10 to 20 minutes. Well, that never comes. You have to email or call the number. The phone number is not a business number it is some man's number. There is no voicemail or outgoing message. I had to hang up and call continuously until he was tired of my calling and picked up the phone. First, he hung up on me once I have him my name. Then he called back and said he would call the "billing department" and call me back. It's been over an hour and I am still waiting for the call. Luckily, I went back to *** and picked up my phones before they could ship them out. There is no payment upon receipt after inspection; that is a lie and needs to be removed from advertising. They only responded to my email because they saw I had taken the phones back. and that's what they responded with-you took the phones back...almost 30 minutes after my message and after speaking with the man who knew I didn't get the code. I almost had to file a police report. Please make these people update their website to reflect the truth or this place needs to be shut down.
