So I placed an order on a Tuesday (29 August 2023) for 3 x items (1 x 8GB RAM, Vivo V27e Screen Protector, 6 Pack x Body Sprays) for delivery on Saturday (2 September 2023 which qualified me for free delivery. I received the parcels with the fact that the only item that was not damaged or incorrect was the RAM. The screen protector was already cracked in 4 places and the body spray only received 1 x bottle the other 5 x bottles missing. So I immediately contacted takealot to advise them that my order was incorrected and the 1 item is damaged on arrival. So I managed to book a return and replacement for the screen protector but the body sprays were un returnable, so I emailed takealot to advise them they delivered 5 x bottles short. The new screen protector arrived but they didn't take the damaged one in replacement of the new one, then I received an sms stating that collection of damaged parcel has been cancelled and a new date will be arranged with me, 2 days later a agent contacted me and said they never collected the damaged parcel and need to collect it so I said but you cancelled the delivery and she said yes sorry the guy is new and didn't know what he was doing. So I then followed up on my email regarding the body spray and the agent I was dealing with was not paying attention or seemed to understand my query so I had to several times point out the problem. Then I was handed to another agent and they then requested me to take pictures of the boxes and item and then return the item and they will replace it. She then proceeded to phone me but half way through the conversation she just cuts the call and then she went ahead and did her own thing. Now they said they refund my account and I can then use it towards my next order so therefore a replacement was not fulfilled as discussed. The 6 Pack of body spray was R89 which is what I paid and now the same 6 Pack is going for R119 and I must now also pay for delivery of R70. This is not the first time that takealot has messed up an order of mine and then I need to fight with people to get a reply and they don't seem to listen to their customers or the real issue. They also don't seem to have a proper quality check control in place with regards to orders and they certainly take their sweet time to resolve issues arising because of their lack of proper customer service and consideration. We are now 2 weeks done the line and still all they can respond to me is we have escalated your query to the relevant department and they will get back to your shortly. You spend your hard earn money after bad service and this has now left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will certainly not be shopping with takealot any more and I am taking the matter further (which they don't seem to care about)

Desired outcome: I would appreciate my requests to be honored and for my replacement and to be now be compensated for the inconvenience this has caused and I want a full investigation conducted with regards to your quality control checks
