Take 5 Oil Change review: Oil change

I went in for an oil change in Little Rock. I told the service person that I wanted synthetic oil with the 5000-mile limit. I was already in the bay and the service manager came up and said that the recommendation for my car was that I couldn't put synthetic in it. I told her that I always put synthetic in. She said the factory recommendation says I can't (went to the Buick dealer last time and they did). I told her not to do it then I will go somewhere else. She said no, we have already started the work. They stuck me for $109.99 for 3000 mile oil, more than what I paid at the dealer for 5000 mile oil.
