Please stay away from this Government phone services as they are the worse. Agents have no customer service experience. I have been on hold with this agency for up to 2 hours to be disconnected. I recently help for over 40 minutes and because agent was rude and I tried to correct him he just hung up on me. Please complain to the regulatory board at complaints.fcc.gov maybe soon someone will listen and shut this down.
Good luck! I rate their services a -10. On this particular day I called twice with last call agent didn't like my complaint and pull the plug after a 40 min hold.
Desired outcome: Hire more agents and teach them some customer service skiills.
