I was approved for service, phone shipped out 10/15/25, got email from FedEx it would be delivered 10/17/25. To date, I have not received the phone, and the tracking number says it is at the FedEx warehouse in Phoenix. I have sent 4 contact us request to TAG Mobile, with NO response to any of them. I have sat on hold for over 30 mins, the first time, to see how to proceed, the second time, was to cancel the service, which transfers you to customer service line and still don't answer. At this point, I am hanging up and not worry about getting the phone or service from this company.
