Sent me a phone with (used) SIM cards already installed. Cannot make calls either through Tag network or through Wi-Fi. Phone shuts off while using it. Many apps and functions will not open. internet kind of works. been waiting for an hour now and it only opened moment ago as a search instead of the site. clicked on direct address and now it'll be another hour before it may or may not work. additionally, whole phone locks down every 2 minutes. then I have to put in a pin to unlock. I did not activate this feature nor do I want it to ever be in lock mode.

Desired outcome: I want a phone that actually works right out of the box and can actually connect to the cellular network and my local network(wi-fi)!
