I received a letter dated May 28, 2025 complaining that my meter was not accessible due to shrubs, bushes, sod, and/or other obstructions. I placed concrete blocks adjacent to the meter cover to prevent it from being buried by dirt and debris because the meter cover is at least 8 inches below the surrounding, flat ground. My neighbor's meter was as low as mine until last year when it was raised to grade during the meter replacement project. His was raised as part of a repair that he necessitated by breaking your equipment.

Desired outcome: Raise meter to grade level to eliminate it being buried by dirt slides and yard debris. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
