Scammer Took Money - Provided No Work
After giving large deposit to buy roofing materials this guy never performed any work or delivered any materials. Started calling to see what happened. Got every story from didn't want to deliver materials in the rain, going through a divorce, had problems with another customer, didn't want to go back to jail, pleaded not to call the police because he would bring the cash back, had to go to Texas to collect on a check, blah, blah, blah. The roofer I hired who actually did the job said he's been scamming and ripping people off for 15 years and all the other roofers in the area know it. Another friend had the same problem. Has not returned the deposit or answered any calls.

I am sorry for your issues. Tracy has been scamming people for several years. You can search him and see that he did a big scam in Alabama and went to jail for it. He has only been released a little over a year. I bet he moved to Texas in hopes of his victims not locating him.
